The ‘Fit to Win’ Lucky Draw Campaign:
During the Campaign Period, AIA Vitality members (“Members") who partakes in the Device Cashback Challenge OR the Heart Rate Fitness Activity will stand a chance to win exciting prizes under the ‘Fit to Win’ Lucky Draw Campaign (“Campaign”) .
This Campaign is open to all Members residing in Malaysia, including employees of AIA Malaysia (AIA Malaysia collectively refers to AIA Bhd., AIA PUBLIC Takaful Bhd., AIA General Berhad, AIA Pension and Asset Management Sdn. Bhd. and AIA Health Services Sdn. Bhd.). Note: This Campaign is not open to AIA Vitality Starter members.
No purchase of AIA Malaysia product(s) is necessary to participate in this Campaign.
Campaign Terms and Conditions:
- During the Campaign Period, Members must participate in the Device Cashback Challenge OR the Heart Rate Fitness Activity to earn entries into the Campaign in the manner as set out in the table below:
- Participate in Device Cashback Challenge
Description of Activity No. of Entries Maximum No. of Entries throughout Campaign Period Conditions - Purchase a fitness device from selected AIA Vitality partners* via the AIA+ mobile application;
and - Join the Device Cashback Challenge.
*Selected AIA Vitality partners are Samsung, Switch (Apple) and Garmin only.8 8 - Purchase of fitness device must be made from the selected AIA Vitality partner’s microsite via the AIA+ mobile application.
- Participation in the Device Cashback Challenge must be done during the Campaign Period.
Note: Participation after 31 October 2024, 11.59pm (as per recorded in AIA+ mobile application) will not be eligible. - Purchase a fitness device from selected AIA Vitality partners* via the AIA+ mobile application;
- The Heart Rate Fitness Activity

- Members must link their fitness device to the AIA+ mobile application to track their heart rate in the AIA+ mobile application.
AIA Vitality Points shall be awarded by tracking your heart rate during your exercise in accordance with the following table:
AIA Vitality Points Heart Rate (per Exercise Session) 50 - At an average of more than 80% of your age-related maximum heart rate for at least 10 minutes.
- At an average of more than 60% of your age-related maximum heart rate for at least 30 minutes.
100 - At an average of more than 80% of your age-related maximum heart rate for at least 20 minutes, or
- At an average of more than 70% of your age-related maximum heart rate for at least 30 minutes, or
- At an average of more than 60% of your age-related maximum heart rate for at least 60 minutes.
150 - At an average of more than 80% of your age-related maximum heart rate for at least 30 minutes, or
- At an average of more than 70% of your age-related maximum heart rate for at least 60 minutes, or
- At an average of more than 60% of your age-related maximum heart rate for at least 90 minutes.
Note: Maximum heart rate can be calculated by taking 220 – actual age.
For example, Sam is 45 years old. His maximum heart rate is 220 – 45 = 175 beats per minute (“bpm”)
If Sam has exercised for 60 minutes at 60% max heart rate i.e., 105bpm (60% x 175bpm = 105bpm), he will earn 100 AIA Vitality Points for this exercise session. - Participate in Device Cashback Challenge
- Prizes for this Campaign is set out as below (“Campaign Prize”):

Note: All Campaign Prizes are final. Members are strictly not allowed to request any changes to their Campaign Prize. All Campaign Prizes are given out according to the quantity stated. - Selection of winners
- The lucky draw to select winners shall be performed with vide a randomised computer-aided system.
- In the event that any of the winners fails to meet any of the Campaign’s terms and conditions stated herein, then the next Member who qualifies under this Campaign shall be shortlisted and selected as next winner. The same process will continue until there are a total of 7,363 winners.
- Prize Fulfilment
- Each winner is entitled to win only one (1) Campaign Prize.
- Winners will be notified of their winnings through push notifications via the AIA+ mobile application. The Grand Prize winners’ name will be announced on AIA’s social media channels.
- The Grand Prize winners will be required to provide relevant information to receive the Campaign Prizes. Such information shall include their delivery address and contact information via a digital form provided by AIA Vitality Malaysia (“AIAVM”).
- If the Winner do not respond to AIAVM’s request within 14 business days from the date off receipt of such request, the Winner hereby understand and agrees to forfeit the Campaign Prize. AIAVM reserves the right to assign the Campaign Prize to the next winner.
- The Consolation Prizes will be in the form of unique codes and will be pushed through the AIA+ mobile application to the winners.
- In order to qualify for the Campaign Prize, Winners shall ensure that their AIA Vitality membership is active and valid throughout the Campaign Period and Winner Announcement Period.
- By participating in this Campaign, Members are deemed to have read, understood, and agreed to the Campaign Terms and Conditions stipulated herein and will abide by all decisions made by AIAVM.
- If for any reason AIAVM believes that any winner has breached any of the Campaign Terms and Conditions or does not fulfill the Campaign requirements, AIAVM reserves its rights to refuse awarding any Campaign Prize to the winner.
- AIAVM’s decision on all matters related to this Campaign (including the selection of the winners) shall be final and binding. No enquiries on the winner selection shall be entertained.
- All personal data provided for the purpose of this Campaign, shall be deemed to have been given with consent by the Members. Please visit www.aia.com.my to read the Privacy Statement.
- Picture(s) of the Campaign Prize shown in any advertisement, promotional, publicity and other materials relating to or in connection with this Campaign is/are solely for illustration purposes only and may not depict the actual color, model or specifications of the Campaign Prize and does not include any optional accessories.
- AIAVM shall not be responsible for any loss, damage, delay, tampering, theft, or modification of the Campaign Prize once it has been provided to the winners. AIAVM shall be released and fully discharged from further liability and demand in relation the Campaign Prizes.
- AIAVM is not the supplier of the Campaign Prize and makes no warranty or representation as to the quality, merchantability and/or the fitness for purpose of the Campaign Prize provided and shall not be responsible for any defect or any other loss or damage that may be suffered in connection with the Campaign Prize. Any dispute over the Campaign Prize provided by the merchant should be resolved directly between the winners and the merchants.
- The Members shall assume full liability in the event of any injury, damage or claim resulting from their participation in the Campaign and/or use and/or redemption of their Campaign Prize and/or infringement of any third-party intellectual property rights.
- All transportation, accommodation, personal costs, related expenses and/or any other costs and fees incurred to participate in the Campaign and to redeem the Campaign Prize is the sole responsibility of the Members.
- AIAVM has the absolute discretion to change, delete or add to any of these Terms and Conditions and/or to terminate, suspend or cancel this Campaign at any time with or without prior notice.
- For the avoidance of doubt, the termination, suspension or cancellation of the Campaign shall not entitle the Members or the winners to claim for compensation against AIAVM for any losses or damages suffered or incurred by the Members or the Winners as a direct or indirect result of the act of termination, suspension or cancellation.
- The Campaign Prize is not refundable and not exchangeable for cash, credit, or other goods. Any request for Campaign Prize to be re-directed to another individual will not be entertained.
- AIAVM’s decisions on any matter concerning these Terms and Conditions including substituting the Campaign Prize with other form of gifts / rewards of equivalent value are final. Any disputes in relation to AIAVM’s decision will not be entertained.
