- Utilising consultative selling techniques to promote insurance products to pre-assigned potential customers.
- Responsible in delivering daily and monthly KPIs with adherence to the Quality Assurance (QA) guidelines to comply with the company’s standards on calls quality.
- Degree or Diploma holder (or SPM with at least 1 year of sales experience).
- Possess good communication skills. Knowledge of Chinese dialects would be an added advantage.
- Aggressive, result orientated and self-motivated to earn more income.
- Lead and manage a team of Financial Executives to achieve sales target and department's sales objective.
- Coach and provide training to Financial Executives, including company policies and procedures, and tools to support their daily responsibilities.
- Ensure team members are familiar with product knowledge.
- Responsible for campaign performance monitoring and KPI evaluations with subordinates in ensuring business targets are met.
- Degree holder with minimum 2 years experience in managing a sales team.
- Pre Contract Examination (PCE) in Life/General Insurance will be an added advantage.
- Promoting insurance products and services to pre-assigned potential customers by inbound and outbound telemarketing calls using remote selling techniques and virtual appointments.
- Responsible in delivering daily and monthly KPIs with adherence to the Quality Assurance (QA) guidelines to comply with the company’s standards on calls quality.
- Degree or Diploma holder (or SPM with at least 1 year of sales experience), preferably with sales/telemarketing/call centre experience.
- Pre Contract Examination (PCE) in Life/General Insurance will be an added advantage.

Quality Assurance
- Review & provide constructive feedback on the quality of call handling by Financial Executives according to preset criteria.
- Take full ownership of assigned KPI to ensure calls are reviewed within the agreed TAT.
- Communicate and report regularly to Quality Assurance Manager/Team Leader on areas to improve call quality.
- Degree or Diploma holder with at least 1 year of relevant working experience.
- Good communication skills. Knowledge of Chinese dialects would be added an advantage.
