WHAT'S NEW

*The new Weekly Challenge mechanics are also applicable to members who are on the Device Cashback Challenge. They will continue to earn RM10 weekly cashback upon meeting their weekly personalised targets.

**AIA Vitality will only award points for genuine workout data which are automatically captured by your fitness app or device. Points will not be awarded for workout data which are manually added.

EFFECTIVE 1 OCTOBER 2024

Combined Physical Activity Points limit from Steps, Heart Rate, Fitness First gym visits:

15,000 POINTS

The 10,000 max cap for steps points will only take effect on 1 October.

HOW CAN I FIND OUT MY
PERSONALISED WEEKLY TARGET

Log in to AIA+ app every Monday to check your personalized weekly target.

WEEKLY CHALLENGE REWARDS

You will earn a Weekly Challenge reward upon meeting your personalised weekly target. Do ensure that you sync your fitness app or device to AIA+ app regularly so that you can get your reward timely.

To earn your Weekly Challenge reward, you must complete the About You assessment at least once in your current membership year.

This is a personalized weekly challenge where everyone starts from 150 points and the target is adjusted a few weeks after that based on your physical activity level. When your target increases, this is to further motivate you to achieve your next level of fitness, and to keep up the good work. Your target can also decrease, this is to ensure that your goal matches your current fitness level.

Yes, you will get your RM10 cashback when you meet your personalized Weekly Challenge target.

Please check if you have completed the About You assessment in your current membership year. You need to complete this to unlock your reward.

You are advised to check your AIA+ app at the beginning of every week to view your latest target for the week.
