The HNW Wealth Advisory booking platform is designed to provide agents with expert-led online consultations to develop tailored solutions for High-Net-Worth (HNW) clients, integrating AIA Infinite product suite with client-specific wealth profiles and risk assessments.
The booking platform aims to facilitate AIA Life Planners with structured, efficient, and productive discussions for their HNW clients by ensuring alignment and preparedness around the AIA Infinite product suite.
Do’s:
- Do prepare your key discussion points in advance and input them into the "Note check box" during the appointment booking process to ensure a focused and productive consultation with the advisor.
- Do join the consultation from a professional setting and dress appropriately. For your safety, please avoid virtual video consultations while driving.
- Do limit the online consultation to 30 minutes each session.
- Do verify your appointment details, including any changes or cancellations, at least 24 hours prior to the scheduled time. If rescheduling is necessary, please ensure it aligns with available slots on the calendar.
- Do book appointments between 1 to 5 days in advance, subject to slot availability. Appointments are scheduled on a first-come, first-served basis.
- Do take note that in the event of an emergency, your appointment may be cancelled or rescheduled to the next available slot.
- Do share your conversion results with your advisor within two weeks from your consultation with the advisor. This supports continuous improvement and accountability. Your cooperation in this matter is appreciated.
Don'ts:
- Don’t solicit business during the consultation as HNW Advisory is provided solely for informational purposes.
- Don’t refer general inquiries regarding policies, payments, or submission status during the consultation. You may refer such queries to ALPP directly. This will allow us to dedicate the consultation time to more in-depth discussions. [AIA - INTERNAL]
- Don’t book appointments without a genuine advisory need, as this may limit access for others.
- Don’t miss the appointments. No-shows without a valid reason are strictly discouraged and may affect future booking privileges.
- Don’t book appointments on gazetted public holidays in Kuala Lumpur, as these slots will not be available.
