Members can enjoy one FREE check worth RM50 every membership year with our
participating partner pharmacies.
Earn up to 10,000 AIA Vitality points per membership year by completing this health check.
How Are Points Awarded?
You can earn 5,000 points for completing all 4 tests. You will also receive an additional 1,000 - 1,500 points for each test that falls within the healthy range.

How Can I Complete the AIA Vitality Health Check?

Pharmacies reserves the right to refuse health check services to members without prior appointments. Subsequent AIA Vitality Health Checks within the same membership year can be done for a RM50 fee

How Do I Claim My Points?
To be eligible for points, the files, screenshots or photos you submit must include your health check results issued by a hospital, clinic or pharmacy with your full name and date (within 6 months in your current membership year)
If you have done your health check at any AIA Vitality partners (Alpro Pharmacy, BIG Pharmacy, Caring Pharmacy, Georgetown Pharmacy, Guardian, or BP Healthcare), you do not need to upload your results in the AIA+ app as points will be automatically awarded by the pharmacists within 3 working days.

Frequently Asked Questions
Submissions are verified to ensure their eligibility and accuracy. In cases where a submission is suspected to be non-genuine or inaccurate, points will be reversed. AIA Vitality will notify affected members through email and/or AIA+ app push notification.
You can only claim the FREE AIA Vitality Health Check one (1) time at either Alpro Pharmacy, BIG Pharmacy, Caring Pharmacy, Georgetown Pharmacy, Wellings Pharmacy or Guardian Pharmacy.
Subsequent health checks performed at AIA Vitality partners will be charged according to the special rate for AIA Vitality members.
Terms and Conditions
- By claiming the FREE AIA Vitality Health Check, you consent for all health check results to be submitted to AIA Vitality by the partner pharmacies. All health check results conducted by the partner pharmacists are final and members are not allowed to modify their results. AIA Vitality reserves the right to reverse the points if fraudulent results are detected.
- The existing health check mechanics from before 2026 will be referred to as the “Basic Health Check”, with up to 6,000 points and comes with a fee effective 8 Jan 2026.
- All points earned before 8 Jan 2026 remain unchanged, but the remaining points you earn after 8 Jan 2026 may be adjusted to ensure you don't exceed the 10,000 points total limit.
- For self-submission of health check documents via the AIA+ app, points for LDL, HDL, and HbA1c will only be awarded based on a valid blood test report from healthcare providers or labs.
