“Food Tracker” Lucky Draw Campaign:

During the Campaign Period, AIA Vitality members (“Members") who partakes in the ‘Food Tracker’ Lucky Draw Campaign (“Campaign”) will stand a chance to win exciting prizes. 

General Provisions

  1. This Campaign is organized by AIA Vitality Malaysia (“AIAVM”) under AIA Health Services Sdn. Bhd. and is open to Members residing in Malaysia.

  2. This Campaign is NOT open to:-
    1. members under the AIA Vitality Starter programme; and
    2. employees of AIA Malaysia (AIA Malaysia collectively refers to AIA Bhd., AIA PUBLIC Takaful Bhd., AIA General Berhad, AIA Pension and Asset Management Sdn. Bhd. and AIA Health Services Sdn. Bhd.).

  3. During the Campaign Period, Members must participate in the following manner to earn entries into the Campaign :

    Earn 20 AIA Vitality Points by uploading a cumulative of 4 valid meal/food photos in the Food Tracker app each day for 4 days. 1 7 AIA Vitality Points earned after 31 March 2025, 11.59 pm will not be eligible in this Campaign.


    Note:

    Only photos depicting meal / food will be rewarded with AIA Vitality Points. Photos containing any other items apart from food/meals or any unclear/blurred photo will NOT be awarded any points.

    If you upload more than one meal / food photos per day, only the first valid meal / food photo will be accepted under this Campaign.


  4. Prizes (“Campaign Prize”):

  5. Selection of Winners
    • The lucky draw to select winners shall be performed with vide a randomised computer-aided system.
    • In the event that any of the winners fail to meet the terms and conditions of this Campaign, the next qualified Member shall be shortlisted and selected as next winner. The same process will continue until there are 2,110 Winners.

  6. Prize Fulfilment
    • Each winner is entitled to win only one (1) Campaign Prize.
    • The lucky draw candidates for the Grand Prize winners shall provide relevant information to receive the Campaign Prizes. Such information shall include their delivery address and contact information via a digital form provided by AIAVM. 
    • Winners will be notified of their winnings through push notifications via the AIA+ mobile application. The Grand Prize winners’ name will be announced on AIA’s social media channels. 
    • If the winner do not respond to AIAVM’s request within 14 business days from the date of receipt of such request, the winner hereby understand and agrees to forfeit the Campaign Prize. AIAVM reserves the right to assign the Campaign Prize to the next winner.
    • The Consolation Prizes will be in the form of unique codes and will be pushed through the AIA+ mobile application to the winners.
    • In order to qualify for the Campaign Prizes, winners shall ensure that their AIA Vitality membership is active and valid throughout the Campaign Period and Winner Announcement Period.

  7. Terms & Conditions
    • By participating in this Campaign, Members are deemed to have read, understood and agreed to these terms and conditions and will abide by all decisions made by AIAVM.
    • If for any reason AIAVM believes that any winner has breached any of these terms and conditions or does not fulfill the Campaign requirements, AIAVM reserves the right to refuse the awarding of any Prizes.
    • AIAVM’s decision on all matters related to this Campaign (including the selection of winners) shall be final and binding. No enquiries on the winner selection shall be entertained.
    • All personal data provided for the purpose of this Campaign, shall be deemed to have been given with consent by the Members. Please visit www.aia.com.my to read the Privacy Statement.
    • AIAVM shall not be responsible for any loss, damage, delay, tampering, theft, or modification of the Campaign Prize once it has been provided to the winners. AIAVM shall be released and fully discharged from further liability and demand in relation the Campaign Prizes.
    • AIAVM is not the supplier of the Campaign Prize and makes no warranty or representation as to the quality, merchantability and/or the fitness for purpose of the Campaign Prize provided and shall not be responsible for any defect or any other loss or damage that may be suffered in connection with the Campaign Prize. Any dispute over the Campaign Prize provided by the merchant should be resolved directly between the winners and the merchants.
    • The Members shall assume full liability in the event of any injury, damage or claim resulting from their participation in the Campaign and/or use and/or redemption of their Prize and/or infringement of any third-party intellectual property rights.
    • All transportation, accommodation, personal costs, related expenses and/or any other costs and fees incurred to participate in the Campaign and to redeem the Prize is the sole responsibility of the Members. 
    • AIAVM has the absolute discretion to change, delete or add to any of these terms and conditions and/or to terminate, suspend or cancel this Campaign at any time with or without prior notice.
    • Suspension or cancellation of the Campaign shall not entitle the Members/winners to claim for compensation against AIAVM for any direct or indirect losses or damages suffered by the Members/winners.
    • AIAVM’s decisions on any matter concerning these terms and conditions are final. Any disputes in relation to AIAVM’s decision will not be entertained.
