How to Be Eligible?
Step 1
Join the challenge by filling out the challenge form once in 2023 or 2024.
Step 2
Unlock your reward by completing the AIA Vitality Health Check within your membership year. Get up to 10,000 points! Learn more here.
The AIA Vitality Health Check is FREE at participating Guardian outlets nationwide! Prior appointment is required.
How Does This Work?
Earn 10,000, 20,000 or 30,000 points to hit Silver, Gold and Platinum status respectively. Get rewarded each time you level up within your membership year.
*Members can submit the challenge form and complete the AIA Vitality Health Check anytime, but only new status achieved after both steps are successfully completed will be rewarded. Be sure to submit yours early!
*Members from Level Up Challenge 2023 are automatically enrolled in this challenge and do not need to resubmit the challenge form.

AIA Vitality members who successfully submitted the challenge form and completed the AIA Vitality Health Check prior to moving up to a new status will be eligible.
Yes! We encourage members to submit the form as early as possible from 1 January 2023 onwards as only new statuses achieved after form submission will be eligible for rewards.
Upon levelling up your status, you will receive your reward in AIA+ within 8 weeks. Click ‘REWARDS’ in AIA+ and browse the AIA Benefits & Offers section for Level Up Reward. Save reward to wallet and you may view the reward code.
This campaign begins from 1 January 2023 until further notice. AIA Vitality reserves the right to amend the campaign period at any time.
Yes, new statuses achieved from 1 January 2023 onwards are eligible for Level Up Rewards. You will need to submit the challenge form in 2023 and complete your AIA Vitality Health Check within your membership year to be eligible.
Yes, as long as you have completed this step within your current membership year. Just make sure to submit the challenge form to join the challenge!
No, you will need to submit your results for all 4 tests (BMI, blood pressure, blood glucose, cholesterol). We evaluate eligibility based on the submission date of your test results. You may complete this step at any time to unlock your reward, but only new status achieved after completion will be eligible for the reward.
Terms & Conditions
- Valid only for new Vitality status achieved from 1 January 2023.
- To qualify for Level Up Rewards, members must have successfully filled out the challenge form, submitted all 4 test results under the AIA Vitality Health Check on My AIA app within the current membership year before achieving the next status level.
- Only members with active AIA Vitality memberships at time of reward fulfilment will receive their reward.
- Campaign period begins on 1 January 2023 until further notice. AIA Vitality reserves the right to amend the campaign period at any time.
- Upon levelling up your status, you will receive your reward in AIA+ within 8 weeks.
