WHAT IS THE AIA VITALITY HEALTH CHECK?
The AIA Vitality Health Check is a quick test to help you identify your risk of developing chronic conditions. It consists of 4 tests – BMI, blood glucose, blood pressure and cholesterol.
As a member, you can complete this for free or discounted rates! Complete this within your current membership year to enjoy this 20% off discount.

FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS
Only AIA Vitality members who have fully completed their AIA Vitality Health Check in their current membership year will be able to enjoy the 20% discount.
The AIA Vitality Health Check is a basic health check with four (4) basic tests - BMI, blood glucose, blood pressure and cholesterol. Your AIA Vitality Health Check is completed only if you have completed all 4 tests in your current membership year. For more info, please visit www.bit.ly/howtovhc.
You may choose to complete this at:
- Selected Guardian pharmacies (FREE once per member)
- BP Healthcare centres
- AIA Panel Clinics
- Your preferred healthcare providers
Note: If you complete your tests at Guardian or BP Healthcare, the staff will upload your results into your AIA Vitality membership. If you complete it at your preferred healthcare provider, you will need to submit your results via the My AIA app.

Campaign Mechanics:-
AIA Vitality members (“Members”) who have successfully completed the AIA Vitality Health Check (“Health Check”) will be entitled to enjoy 20% off fresh fruits and vegetables at all Jaya Grocer outlets nationwide.
Terms and Conditions
- This “20% Off HealthyFoodTM Jaya Grocer” Campaign (“Campaign”) is organized by AIA Vitality Malaysia and is open to all Members residing in Malaysia, including employees of AIA Malaysia (AIA Malaysia collectively refers to AIA Bhd., AIA PUBLIC Takaful Bhd., AIA General Berhad, AIA Pension and Asset Management Sdn. Bhd. and AIA Health Services Sdn. Bhd.) (“AIA”). No purchase of AIA product(s) is necessary to participate in this Campaign.
- The Campaign Period is till 30 November 2024 ("Campaign Period").
- To participate in the Campaign, Members must complete the following: -
- Complete all four (4) basic tests in the AIA Vitality Health Check – BMI, blood glucose, blood pressure and cholesterol.
- Display your e-card via the My AIA app at checkout
- Eligibility
- The 20% off discount is only available at Jaya Grocer outlets in Malaysia.
- Members must present their AIA Vitality e-card at checkout to enjoy this discount. Only e-cards displayed via the My AIA app is allowed. Screenshots will not be entertained. Note that the e-card on the My AIA app is also accessible while offline or on airplane mode
- The discount is not valid for Jaya Grocer online store.
- Members who have not completed the Health Check will continue receiving the default 10% off discount instead of the special 20% off discount.
- If for any reason AIA believes that any Member has breached any of these Terms and Conditions or does not fulfill the Campaign requirements, AIA may refuse to award the discount.
- Miscellaneous
- By participating in this Campaign, members are deemed to have read, understood and agreed to the Terms and Conditions stipulated here and will abide by all decisions made by AIA.
- The Members shall assume full liability in the event of any injury, damage or claim resulting from their participation in the Campaign and/or use and/or redemption of their Prize and/or infringement of any third-party intellectual property rights.
- All transportation, accommodation, personal costs, related expenses and/or any other costs and fees incurred to participate in the Campaign and to redeem the Prize is the sole responsibility of the Members.
- AIA has the absolute discretion to change, delete or add to any of these Terms and Conditions and/or to terminate, suspend or cancel this Campaign at any time with or without prior notice.
- For the avoidance of doubt, the termination, suspension or cancellation of the Campaign shall not entitle the Members to claim for compensation against AIA for any losses or damages suffered or incurred by the Members as a direct or indirect result of the act of termination, suspension or cancellation.
- AIA’s decisions on any matter concerning these Terms and Conditions are final. Any disputes in relation to AIA’s decision will not be entertained.
