Once the promo code is generated in the AIA+ app, it is valid for 30 days from the date of the code being generated. For example, I have generated a code on 15 July 2025, the expiry date of the code will be on 14 Aug 2025. Please make sure to redeem your voucher within the 30 days on GSC website, app or e-kiosk to enjoy the discount.

1. All Promo Codes issued by GSC are not exchangeable for cash.
2. AIA Vitality Members are permitted to redeem the Promo Codes for advance sales movie tickets sold on GSC platforms.
3. All Promo Codes are only redeemable via GSC's Website, GSC's Mobile App (iOS and Android), and E-Kiosk.
4. All Promo Codes are valid at GSC cinemas nationwide with the following formats: Normal 2D, BIG, IMAX, 4DX, ScreenX, ONYX, MX4D, D-BOX, 3D, Dolby Atmos, and SkyBox only.
5. All Promo Codes are not valid for any Prestige, Premiere Class, Play, PlayPlus Halls, Aurum Theatres and Velvet Cinemas. For the avoidance of doubt, it is also not applicable for ScreenX and IMAX formats at Aurum Theatre at The Exchange TRX.
6. All Promo Codes are valid for single redemption only.
7. All Promo Codes are not valid for Film Festival and/or Re-Run movie titles.
8. All Promo Codes are not allowed to be applied together with other ongoing promotions, vouchers, privilege cards, or hall bookings.
9. Application of Promo Codes for mixture of Promo Code type and/or different category is strictly not allowed.
10. Multiple Promo Codes may be applied in a single transaction, provided they are of the same Promo Code type and applied under the same discount category. For example, AIA Vitality Members can apply two (2) Discount Promo Codes for RM2 off in a single transaction OR apply two (2) Promo Codes for RM5 off in a single transaction.
11. Promo Codes of different types and different discount category cannot be used within the same transaction. For example, AIA Vitality Members may not apply Discount Promo Codes for RM2 off and RM5 off in a single transaction OR apply Discount Promo Codes for any discount and Movie Ticket Promo Code in a single transaction.
12. GSC reserves the right to change these Terms and Conditions from time to time without prior notice.
