No, appointment requests made prior to 1 Jan 2026 will still be eligible for free VFA. However, appointments scheduled must be within 30 days of submitting your appointment request on Fitness First website.

Fitness First will reach out to you within 3 working days to schedule an appointment. If you are uncontactable after 3 tries (call or Whatsapp message), you will need to submit your appointment request again.

You are allowed to reschedule your appointment up to two (2) times by providing at least 48 hours’ notice to Fitness First. However, in order to enjoy the free VFA, appointments must still be completed within 30 days of submitting your original appointment request on Fitness First website. This means that the cutoff date to enjoy free VFA is 31 Jan 2026 for members who have submitted a request before/on 31 Dec 2025.
