Please ensure that you have selected the “Pay Now” option before entering the checkout page. In your checkout page, click 'Use coupon, credit or promotion code', ensure that your voucher code is automatically populated and click 'Apply'. The discount only applies on room bookings (excluding taxes and other fees). Payment must be made during the booking process.

If you cancel your booking, the discount allocation will NOT be restored. For example, I have already made 2 bookings using my Platinum status discount, but I have cancelled 1 booking. AIA Vitality will not restore the one (1) time 30% discount code back to you.

This discount code is only available to AIA Vitality members and shall not be applicable to AIA Vitality Starter members.

The discount codes cannot be used on any completed bookings. It is deemed redeemed once applied to an eligible booking. The discount code does not carry any residual cash value, and if the purchase amount is less than the discount amount, no cash will be issued.
The discount codes cannot be reused in the event you change or cancel the booking. A new discount code will be generated which shall be based on the prevalent Vitality Status of the AIA Vitality member.
Improper use of discount codes, including but not limited to public issuance or sale of discount codes, is strictly prohibited. Violators will have the validity of the discount code revoked and may be suspected of fraud.
This discount codes may not be transferred or sold. This discount codes obtained through illegal channels, or destroyed, altered, copied, forged, destroyed, manipulated or tampered with in any way will be deemed invalid.
