Unlock Wealth – A Guaranteed Acceptance Offer Campaign ("Campaign") is organised by AIA Bhd. and AIA PUBLIC Takaful Bhd. (“AIA Malaysia”, “we”, “our” or “us”). By joining this Campaign, you (“you”, “your” or “customer”) agree that you have read, understood and agreed to be bound by the Terms and Conditions of this Campaign and by any change or modification that we may make to this Campaign and/or the Terms and Conditions of this Campaign with prior notice to you.   1. Campaign Period：1 Dec 2024 to 31 Dec 2024, both dates inclusive (“Campaign Period”).

  2. Eligible Products
    1. A-Life Wealth Premier, A-Life Wealth Builder (underwritten by AIA Bhd.); and
    2. A-Life Legasi Beyond (underwritten by AIA PUBLIC Takaful Bhd.).
      (“Eligible Products”)

  3. Campaign Mechanism and Reward:
    1. Unlock Wealth – A Guaranteed Acceptance Offer Campaign
      1. Waiver of medical and financial underwriting for selected existing customers who receive campaign offer letter from AIA Malaysia.
      2. All the application must be submitted via iPoS from 1 December to 31 December 2024 and the policy/certificate must be activated by 15 January 2025.
      3. The total annualised premium/contribution i.e. basic regular premium/contribution plus premium payable for any riders stated in Rider (Optional) column is capped at RM100,000.
      4. The maximum sum assured/covered for A-Life Wealth Builder, A-Life Wealth Premier and A-Life Legasi Beyond is RM1,200,000.
      5. The maximum sum assured for A-Life Wealth Prestige is capped at:-
        1. RM2,000,000
        2. USD500,000
        3. SGD600,000
      6. The policy/certificate owner, payor and insured/person covered must be the same person as per the selected customer. Only one (1) submission is allowed per selected customer.
      7. For policies / certificates signed up under the GIO Campaign, the payment must be made via payment link or AIA E-Pay (credit/debit card).
      8. To participate in this GIO Campaign, selected customer must be an AIA Vitality member.

General Provisions
  1. You are always solely responsible for maintaining the accuracy of your information. AIA Malaysia may request for further information from you to determine the authenticity of any information provided, including whether it is fraudulent or exaggerated.
  2. AIA Malaysia may decline the campaign reward(s) entitlement in the event any of the Terms and Conditions pursuant to the campaign(s) is not fulfilled. No appeal(s) will be entertained.
  3. AIA Malaysia shall have the right to decide all matters, and disputes concerning the campaign(s) including substituting the campaign reward(s) with other form of gifts / rewards of equivalent value.
  4. AIA Malaysia shall have the right to amend the Terms and Conditions of the campaign(s), and to suspend, terminate, delay or vary the campaign(s) with prior notice to you. The mode of notification (if any) of the amendment, suspension, termination, delay or variation shall be at AIA Malaysia's discretion, including but not limited to displaying the same in any of AIA Malaysia's website or social media sites.
  5. The campaign reward(s) is non-transferable and any request for campaign reward(s) to be credited to a third-party account will not be entertained.
