- The Just Get Covered! Free Cover (“Free Cover”) is organised by AIA Bhd. and AIA PUBLIC Takaful Bhd. (“AIA”, “we”, “our” or “us”). By joining this Campaign, you (“you”, “your” or “customer”) agree that you have read, understood and agreed to be bound by the Terms and Conditions of this Free Cover and by any change or modification that we may make to this Free Cover and/or the Terms and Conditions of this Free Cover with prior notice to you. By joining this Free Cover, you further agree to be bound by our Privacy Policy accessible at https://www.aia.com.my/en/index/privacy-statement.html.
- Free Cover is available to selected existing AIA customers who holds at least one (1) policy or certificate with AIA Bhd. or AIA PUBLIC Takaful Bhd.
- If you are the selected existing AIA customer, you are entitled to enroll in the Free Cover only once during the coverage period. You will be notified upon successful enrollment. This Free Cover also extends to your immediate family members provided the required details of the immediate family members are stated accordingly in the enrollment form. Only one (1) claim is payable per family.
- Immediate family members include your spouse and children who are residing in Malaysia. If the selected existing AIA customer is a juvenile, immediate family members will include their parents and siblings who are residing in Malaysia. You or your immediate family member(s) is required to provide proof of relationship upon claim submission. Example of proof of relationship include birth certificate and / or marriage certificate.
- Waiting Period of 14 days from the enrollment date applies to death due to Influenza or Dengue. Waiting Period is defined as the time you or your immediate family members must wait after enrollment before the coverages on death due to Influenza and Dengue become effective.
