- Introduction
The Motor Insurance Campaign (“Campaign”) is organised by AIA General Berhad (“AIA”) and is subject to the Terms and Conditions below. By participating in this Campaign, you hereby expressly agree to be bound by the Terms and Conditions and any decisions made by AIA in respect of the Campaign shall be final and binding. - Campaign Period
- This Campaign is valid from 2 September 2026 to 31 October 2026, both dates inclusive (“Campaign Period”). Any quotation submitted during the Campaign Period that is successfully converted into an in-force policy will receive the Complimentary Benefit.
- AIA reserves the right to vary, postpone, re-schedule or extend the Campaign Period at its sole absolute discretion, for any reason whatsoever.
- Participation
Subject to Item 5 below, the Campaign is open to the customers who purchase the Comprehensive Private Car Insurance or Family Drive policy during the Campaign Period. - Complimentary Benefit
- Customers who purchase the Comprehensive Private Car Insurance or Family Drive policy during the Campaign Period will receive the following complimentary benefit (“Complimentary Benefit”):
Product Complimentary Benefit Comprehensive Private Car Insurance Unlimited Towing and All Drivers Cover Family Drive Unlimited Towing - The Complimentary Benefit is provided at no additional premium during the Campaign Period, subject to Item 5 below and the terms and conditions of the Campaign.
- Conditions applicable to Unlimited Towing:
- Unlimited Towing provides access to 24-hour roadside assistance and towing services throughout Malaysia, without any towing charges payable by the customer.
- Customer must arrange the towing service through AIA’s authorised roadside assistance provider. Any toll, parking and similar charges incurred during the towing service must be paid by the customer.
- Unlimited Towing is available only at locations that are publicly accessible by a towing vehicle. The benefit does not apply if the insured’s vehicle is located off-road or in areas including, but not limited to, plantations, logging areas, construction sites or non-gazetted roads.
- Conditions applicable to All Drivers Cover:
- All Drivers Cover allows the insured’s vehicle to be driven by any person who holds an appropriate and valid driving license, without the need to name additional drivers, provided that the person complies with all applicable laws and policy conditions.
- The compulsory excess of RM400 remains applicable and payable, if your vehicle is driven by a person who is:
- below 21 years old; or
- holding a Provisional (P) or Learner (L) driving license.
- Customers who purchase the Comprehensive Private Car Insurance or Family Drive policy during the Campaign Period will receive the following complimentary benefit (“Complimentary Benefit”):
- Eligible Criteria
- To qualify for the Complimentary Benefit, your vehicle must meet all the following requirements:
- The vehicle must be registered and used solely for private and non-commercial purposes;
- The vehicle must have a sum insured of at least RM20,000; and
- The vehicle must be less than 26 years old.
- Your quotation must be submitted during the Campaign Period and subsequently issued as a policy to be eligible for the Complimentary Benefit.
- To qualify for the Complimentary Benefit, your vehicle must meet all the following requirements:
- General Conditions
- AIA may decline the Complimentary Benefit entitlement in the event any of the terms and conditions of this Campaign is not fulfilled by you. No appeal(s) will be entertained.
- AIA reserves the right to amend, shorten, cancel, suspend or terminate this Campaign or any part thereof, by providing reasonable notice. Such notice may be published by AIA through any other mode of communication as AIA determines in its absolute discretion.
- This Campaign is not intended as an offer or solicitation for the purpose or sale of any financial instrument/product. You should satisfy yourself that the policy purchased will best serve your needs and that the premium payable under this policy is an amount that you can afford. We recommend that you speak to your Life Planner or contact Us directly for more information.
- You are advised to refer to the Product Disclosure Sheet(s); if applicable, for further information before purchasing a policy, and to refer to the terms and conditions of the policy for details, including features and benefits, waiting periods and exclusions.
- AIA shall not be liable for any losses, damages, expenses and/or liabilities incurred by you arising from participation in this Campaign and any other matters relating to this Campaign.
- Personal Data
By participating in this Campaign, you are deemed to have agreed and consented to the collection, processing, use, disclosure and retention by AIA of their personal data in the manner as set out in the AIA’s Group Privacy Statement at https://www.aia.com.my/en/index/privacy-statement.html
