- This campaign is valid for all new and existing individual Malaysian customers aged 14 days until 75 years old who purchase the Flex PA Plus via AIA Life Planners and direct channel within the campaign period of 1 July 2026 – 30 September 2026. The policy must be activated by 15 October 2026 to be eligible for the complimentary benefits.
- This campaign is only applicable to customers with Occupation Class 1 and 2. Customers with Occupation Class 3 or 4 are not eligible to participate in this campaign.
- Eligibility for the complimentary benefits under this campaign is as follows:

- Customers who sign up for Flex PA Plus via Guaranteed Issued Offer (GIO) are not entitled for this campaign benefit.
- Eligible customers will receive the PA Max Rider coverage at no additional premium. This will allow customers to continue enjoying the same coverage as their basic Flex PA Plus policy when they reach age 61 and above, without any premium payable before or after the age of 61.
- The complimentary PA Max Rider will be automatically included for the eligible customers without requiring customers to select the rider during the purchase of Flex PA Plus. A confirmation letter will be issued to eligible customers upon policy activation.
- For customers who qualify for the Complimentary Broken Bones Benefit, an endorsement letter will be issued upon policy activation as confirmation of coverage.
- AIA General Berhad may decline the campaign reward entitlement in the event any of the terms and conditions pursuant to this campaign is not fulfilled. No appeal(s) will be entertained.
- AIA General Berhad reserves the right (upon giving reasonable notice) to amend, shorten, cancel, suspend or terminate this Campaign or any part thereof. Such notice may be published by AIA through any other mode of communication as AIA determines in its absolute discretion.
