The Free Twinkle Twinkle Cover provides medical reimbursement if the Covered Person (i.e. the child) is hospitalised for at least 3 consecutive days due to a diagnosis of Hand, Foot and Mouth Disease (HFMD), influenza, dengue, food poisoning or Covid-19 within Malaysia.

Coverage Summary

Notes:

1. AIA+ app user/non-user status at point of claims will be used to determine the amount payable.
2. Each Covered Person is limited to signing up for this Free Twinkle Twinkle Cover ONCE only during the coverage period.
3. Waiting period of 14 days from the registration date applies.
4. This free coverage is subject to a total claim limit of RM 1million (for AIA Bhd., AIA PUBLIC Takaful Bhd., and AIA General Berhad, combined (collectively known as “AIA”, “We”, “Us” or “Our”)). This is aggregated between all the free covers which are offered by Us.
5. This is covered by AIA Bhd. and AIA PUBLIC Takaful Bhd.

You can sign up for this free medical coverage from 1 February 2026 to 31 March 2026. 

To be eligible for this free medical coverage,

1. Both the child and the parent/legal guardian must be Malaysian citizens residing in Malaysia;
2. The child must be aged between 3 months and 6 years old; and
3. The parent/legal guardian (the applicant) must be aged between 18 and 70 years old.
    

Note: Only parents or the legal guardians can sign up for this free medical coverage for children under their care.

The coverage period of this free medical coverage is effective upon successful registration until 30 April 2026, subject to 14 days waiting period, or upon reaching a total claims limit of RM1 million (for AIA Bhd., AIA PUBLIC Takaful Bhd., and AIA General Berhad, combined), whichever is earlier. The total claims limit of RM1 million is aggregated between all the free covers which are offered by Us. AIA reserves the right to withdraw this Free Twinkle Twinkle Cover at any time with prior notice.
