AIA's Banjir Kilat Relief provides a lump sum cash relief if there are damages to the car owned by the Persons enrolled in this relief (Covered Person) due to floods within Malaysia. The assistance available is provided in the table below:

| Cash Relief for Car Damages due to Flood | In the event the Car owned by the Covered Person is damaged due to Flood within Malaysia and the Car needs to be repaired at a motor repair workshop, We shall pay the amount as shown in the table above. |
Notes:
- AIA+ app user/non-AIA+ app user status of the Covered Person at point of submission of request for relief will be used to determine the relief amount payable.
- Each Covered Person is limited to signing up for AIA's Banjir Kilat Relief only ONCE during the coverage period of AIA's Banjir Kilat Relief.
- During the coverage period of AIA's Banjir Kilat Relief, only 1 flood event is eligible.
- Waiting period of 14 days from the registration date applies
- AIA’s Banjir Kilat Relief is subject to a total payout limit of RM 1million (aggregated between all the free covers offered by AIA Bhd., AIA PUBLIC Takaful Bhd., and AIA General Berhad).
- This relief program is covered by AIA General Berhad.
- Please refer to Appendix 1 for the definition of the capitalised terms.
To be eligible for AIA's Banjir Kilat Relief, the customer needs to be:
- A Malaysian citizen residing in Malaysia; and
- Between the age of 18 and 70.

The coverage period of AIA’s Banjir Kilat Relief is effective upon successful registration until 31 January 2024, or upon reaching a total payout of RM1 million (for AIA Bhd., AIA PUBLIC Takaful Bhd., and AIA General Berhad, combined), whichever is earlier. The total payout limit of RM1 million is aggregated between all the free covers which are offered by Us. AIA reserves the right to withdraw AIA’s Banjir Kilat Relief at any time with prior notice.
