This initiative encourages customers to review and update their personal details to ensure a smoother and more seamless experience with AIA services.

We are reaching out to customers to encourage them to update their personal details, helping to ensure continued access to services and an improved overall experience.

You need to complete your updated details by submitting a service request in AIA+ and following the on-screen instructions.

To update your personal details, follow these simple steps:

  • Open the AIA+ app.
  • Go to “More” under Featured Services section.
  • Tap on “Submit Service Request”
  • Follow the on-screen instructions to complete your update.

To ensure your information is fully up to date, we recommend updating your personal details for all of your policies. Keeping your personal details complete and accurate across all policies will help to provide a smoother and more seamless experience with AIA services.

The RM5 will be credited to your AIA+ Wallet within 60 days after the successful completion of your update.

A confirmation message will be displayed in the app once your submission is completed successfully.

The process is simple and typically takes only a few minutes to complete.

You may contact your servicing agent or use the “Talk With AIA” feature in the app for assistance.

This offer is available for a limited time and is currently valid until 10 July. We encourage you to complete your update early to ensure eligibility for the reward.

The RM5 reward is limited to one per customer. You will receive the reward once, regardless of the number of policies updated.
