Life+ Rewards

General

Life+ Rewards is a cash reward programme that encourages and rewards Eligible Customers (Eligible Customers as defined in “General” > “Who is eligible to participate in Life+ Rewards?”) for participating in certain activities. These activities are designed to help them look after their finances, health and general well-being. 

Life+ Rewards is a joint programme by AIA Bhd., AIA PUBLIC Takaful Bhd. and AIA General Berhad (collectively referred to as “AIA”, “we”, “our” or “us” in the subsequent sections).

You are eligible to participate in Life+ Rewards if you are a new or existing individual customer of AIA and fulfill any of the following criteria (“Eligible Customer”, “you” or “your”) *.

  1. New and existing policy/certificate owner of at least ONE active AIA product. You are the policy/certificate owner and the insured/person covered. 

  2. New and existing corporate member, i.e., employee covered under the Employee Benefits scheme.

    Note: Dependent(s) of corporate members are NOT ELIGIBLE to join Life+ Rewards. 

  3. You are the insured/person covered whose policy/certificate ownership has just been transferred to yourself.  

    Example 1:
    John (policy owner) purchased a policy for his daughter, Lucy (insured). John assigns the policy ownership to Lucy when Lucy reaches 18 years old. Lucy may now join Life+ Rewards.

    Example 2:
    Ahmad (certificate owner) participated in a certificate for his daughter, Aminah (person covered). Ahmad assigns the certificate ownership to Aminah when Aminah reaches 18 years old. Aminah may now join Life+ Rewards.

Despite the criteria set out above, you will not be eligible to join Life+ Rewards if you are below 18 years old.

*AIA reserves the right to include or exclude any customer in Life+ Rewards. Fulfilment of the criteria set out above is an indication only, and not a guarantee of eligibility. Final eligibility shall be determined entirely at AIA’s discretion.

To join Life+ Rewards, you need to fulfil any of the criteria listed under “General” > “Who is eligible to participate in Life+ Rewards?”. You may visit HERE or talk to an AIA Life Planner to find out more.

You must download the AIA+ app and register for an AIA+ account. Visit HERE for a guide on how to register for an AIA+ account.

If you are a new individual customer of AIA, you may begin accessing Life+ Rewards on the AIA+ app one day after you fulfil any of the criteria listed under “General” > “Who is eligible to participate in Life+ Rewards?”. For example, if your policy/certificate is activated today, then you may begin accessing Life+ Rewards tomorrow. 

You will receive a personalised list of activities (“Activity Cards”) at the Life+ Rewards page on the AIA+ app.

To view and complete the Activity Cards, please follow the steps below:

Step 1: Open the AIA+ app.

Step 2: Register your AIA+ account (If not done previously).

Step 3: Log in to the AIA+ app.

Step 4: At the default AIA+ app homepage/Select “Home” at the bottom navigation bar and then select the “Life+ Rewards” card; OR Select “AIA Vitality” at the bottom navigation bar and then select the “Life+ Rewards” card; OR Select “Wallet & Rewards” at the bottom navigation bar, select “Wallet” tab at the top of the page, and then select the “View Details” button on the “Life+ Rewards” card.

Step 5: Select the “Get Cash Reward Now” button on the “Life+ Rewards” card.

Step 6: Select an Activity Card. Select the “View Details” button for more information on how to complete the selected Activity Card, or select the “Start Now” button to be redirected to another page to complete the Activity Card.
 

Notes:

  1. Life+ Rewards is only accessible on the AIA+ app. You will not be able to access Life+ Rewards via the AIA+ portal.
  2. The Activity Cards are specially designed for you and each of you may receive different Activity Cards. Activity Cards cannot be shared with any other individual.
  3. AIA may reset the Activity Cards annually either on your birthday or on your AIA Vitality membership anniversary date depending on the type of activity involved. 
  4. Each Activity Card is governed by its own Terms and Conditions. Please refer to the following sections before you proceed or refer to the Terms and Conditions of Life+ Rewards HERE
     

You may view an in-app tutorial on Life+ Rewards by selecting the question mark icon (“?”) at the top left corner on the Life+ Rewards main page.

Yes, if you have newly joined Life+ Rewards, you will be guided through an in-app tutorial when you first login to the AIA+ app. Subsequently, if you would like to view the in-app tutorial, you may select the question mark icon (“?”) at the top left corner on the Life+ Rewards main page to view the in-app tutorial again.

The overall progress of completion and your earned cash rewards can be viewed on the AIA+ app at the progress bar at the top of the Life+ Rewards page. An activity is considered completed when its Activity Card status changes to “Eligible for Cash Reward”. More information on Activity Card status can be found at “General” > “What do the status under each Activity Card mean?”. 

Activity Cards are listed in two separate tabs on the Life+ Rewards page. The first tab, “Not Complete” contains the list of Activity Cards that you have not completed. The second tab “Completed” contains the list of Activity Cards that either you have successfully completed (under the status of “Eligible for Cash Reward” or “Paid to Wallet”) or you have attempted but did not successfully complete (under the status of “Not Eligible”).

Each Activity Card may reset annually either on your birthday or on your AIA Vitality membership anniversary date. For more information on Activity Card reset, please refer to “General” > “Will I be able to complete the Activity Cards again after I have completed them?”.

The table below provides an overview of what each Activity Card status means.

Activity Card Status Remarks
Eligible for Cash Reward You have successfully completed the activity and the cash reward is pending to be credited into your AIA+ Wallet. The progress bar at the top of the Life+ Rewards page will be updated when the Activity Card status changes to “Eligible for Cash Reward”.

Once the Activity Card status changes to “Eligible for Cash Reward”, you may select “View Details” on the Activity Card to view more information on the amount of cash reward earned and the date of cash reward payout.
Paid to Wallet The cash reward has been credited into your AIA+ Wallet.

Once the Activity Card status changes to “Paid to Wallet”, you may select “View Wallet” to be redirected to the AIA+ Wallet page or select “View Details” to view more information on the amount of cash reward earned and the date of cash reward payout.
Not Eligible You have attempted to complete the activity however the Activity Card is not considered successfully completed and this could be due to not meeting the minimum requirements of the Activity Card or not fulfilling the Terms and Conditions of the Activity Card or not fulfilling the overall Terms and Conditions of Life+ Rewards. You will not receive any cash reward for this Activity Card.

You are eligible to receive ONE unit of cash reward for the completion of each Activity Card. The amount of cash reward for each activity is displayed on the Activity Card. The amount of cash reward is subject to change from time to time at AIA’s discretion.  

The cash reward will be credited into your AIA+ Wallet and be available for withdrawal within one working day after its corresponding Activity Card is successfully completed, except for Activity Cards related to the purchase/participation in a new policy/certificate where the cash reward withdrawal will be available between 6 months and 12 months after the policy/certificate inception (activation) date. 

If the cash reward withdrawal is unsuccessful, you will receive a notification on the AIA+ app.

Cash rewards in the AIA+ Wallet will expire one day before your second upcoming birthday. Please refer to the AIA+ Wallet Frequently Asked Questions for more information. 

Each Activity Card may reset annually either on your birthday or on your AIA Vitality membership anniversary date. Please refer to the table below for the Activity Card reset schedule.

The Activity Cards are specially designed for you and each of you may receive different Activity Cards. Activity Cards cannot be shared with any other individual. 

Upon the launch of Life+ Rewards, some Activity Cards may be hidden from view because you have completed the activity between 1st April 2023 and 31st March 2024 (both dates inclusive). The hidden Activity Cards will appear on the AIA+ app when the reset date is reached. Please refer to the reset schedule at “General” > “Will I be able to complete the Activity Cards again after I have completed them?”.

Your Activity Card’s completion status may be viewed directly on the Life+ Rewards page. You may refer to “General” > “What do the status under each Activity Card mean?” for more information. 

You will receive a push notification on the AIA+ app after you have submitted a withdrawal request on the AIA+ Wallet. You will also receive a push notification on the AIA+ app if your cash reward withdrawal is unsuccessful. 

You will continue to have access to Life+ Rewards as long as you fulfill any one of the conditions listed under “General” > “Who is eligible to participate in Life+ Rewards?”. However, if you no longer fulfill at least one of the conditions listed under “General” > “Who is eligible to participate in Life+ Rewards?” (e.g., your last policy/certificate with AIA lapses), you will no longer be able to access Life+ Rewards.  If you subsequently fulfill any one of the conditions listed under “General” > “Who is eligible to participate in Life+ Rewards?” (e.g., your policy/certificate is reinstated), you will regain access to Life+ Rewards. The progress on the Activity Cards that you have attained before the policy/certificate lapsed will be retained and you may resume completing the Activity Cards assuming that the reset dates of the Activity Cards have not passed.

Take the Financial Health Check

Eligible Customers who complete the Financial Health Check self-assessment survey on the AIA+ website or the AIA+ app will be eligible to receive ONE unit of cash reward for this activity. The amount of cash reward is displayed on the activity card. The amount of cash reward is subject to change from time to time at AIA’s discretion.

Eligible Customers as defined in “General” > “Who is eligible to participate in Life+ Rewards?” are eligible to participate in this Activity Card, however Eligible Customers who have completed their Financial Health Check between 1st April 2023 and 31st March 2024 (both dates inclusive) will not be eligible to complete this activity and will not receive this reward.

You can complete this activity card once a year and it will reset annually on your birthday. Once your birthday is reached, you will receive this activity card and you may complete this activity. 

You are entitled to ONE unit of cash reward for the completion of this activity card regardless of the number of policies/certificates you have with AIA. 

If the Activity Card is successfully completed, the status on the Activity Card will change to “Eligible for Cash Reward”.

Cash reward will be credited into your AIA+ Wallet and be available for withdrawal within one working day after the Activity Card is successfully completed. Once the cash reward is credited to your AIA+ Wallet, the status on the Activity Card will change to “Paid to Wallet”.

Join AIA Vitality

Eligible Customers who sign up for an AIA Vitality membership will be eligible to receive ONE unit of cashback reward under this activity. The amount of cashback reward shall be displayed on the Activity Card. The amount of cashback reward is subject to change from time to time at AIA’s discretion.

Eligible Customers is defined in “General” > “Who is eligible to participate in Life+ Rewards?” are eligible to participate in this Activity Card, however Eligible Customers who are existing AIA Vitality members prior to 9 January 2025 will not be eligible to complete this Activity Card and will not be eligible to receive this reward under this Activity Card. 

Eligible Customers will only be able to complete this activity only once in their lifetime. 

Each Eligible Customer is entitled to ONE unit of cashback reward for the completion of this Activity Card regardless of how many policies/certificates the Eligible Customer has purchased/participated in AIA. 

If the Activity Card is successfully completed, the status on the Activity Card will change to “Eligible for Cash Rewards”.

Cashback reward will be credited into the Eligible Customer’s AIA+ Wallet and shall become available for withdrawal one working day after the Activity Card is successfully completed. Once the cashback reward is credited to the Eligible Customer’s AIA+ Wallet, the status on the Activity Card will change to “Paid to Wallet”.

The cashback reward will be credited by AIA in accordance with the Terms and Conditions of Life+ Rewards. After which, it shall be deemed as full payment and AIA shall be released and fully discharged from further liability and demand in relation to the cashback. 

If the cashback reward withdrawal is unsuccessful, the Eligible Customer will receive a notification on AIA+ app. 

Cashback reward in AIA+ Wallet will expire one day before the Eligible Customer’s second upcoming birthday, i.e., the next year’s birthday. Please refer to the AIA+ Wallet Terms and Conditions for more information. 

Signing up under the AIA Vitality Starter does not fulfil the requirement of this Activity Card and the Eligible Customer will not be eligible to receive the cashback reward under this Activity Card. However, if the Eligible Customer upgrades their AIA Vitality Starter to the full AIA Vitality membership within the 90 days from their AIA Vitality Starter effective date, they will be eligible for this cashback reward once the upgrade is successful. Eligible Customers as defined in “General” > “Who is eligible to participate in Life+ Rewards?” and have an active full AIA Vitality membership are eligible to participate in this Activity Card, however Eligible Customers who have achieved AIA Vitality status of silver before the launch date of Life+ Rewards (1st April 2024) will not be eligible to complete this activity and will not receive this reward. 

You can complete this activity card once a year and it will reset annually on your AIA Vitality membership anniversary date. Once your next AIA Vitality membership year begins, you will receive this activity card and you may complete this activity. 

You are entitled to ONE unit of cash reward for the completion of this activity card regardless of the number of policies/certificates you have with AIA.

If the Activity Card is successfully completed, the status on the Activity Card will change to “Eligible for Cash Reward”.

Eligible Customers as defined in “General” > “Who is eligible to participate in Life+ Rewards?” and have an active full AIA Vitality membership are eligible to participate in this Activity Card, however Eligible Customers who have achieved AIA Vitality status of gold before the launch date of Life+ Rewards (1st April 2024) will not be eligible to complete this activity and will not receive this reward. 

You can complete this activity card once a year and it will reset annually on your AIA Vitality membership anniversary date. Once your next AIA Vitality membership year begins, you will receive this activity card and you may complete this activity. 

You are entitled to ONE unit of cash reward for the completion of this activity card regardless of the number of policies/certificates you have with AIA.

Eligible Customers as defined in “General” > “Who is eligible to participate in Life+ Rewards?” and have an active full AIA Vitality membership are eligible to participate in this Activity Card, however Eligible Customers who have achieved AIA Vitality status of platinum before the launch date of Life+ Rewards (1st April 2024) will not be eligible to complete this activity and will not receive this reward. 

You can complete this activity card once a year and it will reset annually on your AIA Vitality membership anniversary date. Once your next AIA Vitality membership year begins, you will receive this activity card and you may complete this activity. 

You are entitled to ONE unit of cash reward for the completion of this activity card regardless of the number of policies/certificates you have with AIA.

If the Activity Card is successfully completed, the status on the Activity Card will change to “Eligible for Cash Reward”.

Get Life Protection

Eligible Customers who sign up for any of the selected life protection product from AIA Bhd. or family takaful protection product from AIA PUBLIC Takaful Bhd. (“Eligible Life/Family Takaful Protection Products”), meet the requirements below and the policy/certificate is subsequently approved and activated by AIA will be eligible to receive ONE unit of cash reward for this activity. The amount of cash reward is displayed on the activity card. The amount of cash reward is subject to change from time to time at AIA’s discretion.

Eligible Customers as defined in “General” > “Who is eligible to participate in Life+ Rewards?” are eligible to participate in this Activity Card.

Before 30 November 2024, the requirements to complete the Get Life Protection Activity Card are as follows:

  1. Minimum sum assured/covered is RM350,000.*
  2. The policy/certificate owner and the insured/person covered must be the same individual.
  3. Eligible Customers must enroll for the AIA Vitality programme during the Eligible Life/Family Takaful Protection Products application or have an active AIA Vitality membership.
  4. Payment method for the Eligible Life/Family Takaful Protection Products must be via a payment link, AIA E-Pay (credit/debit card) or E-Pay online banking.
  5. The following conditions are only applicable to Category 2 of Eligible Life/Family Takaful Protection Products:
    1. The premium/contribution payment term must be at least 10 years. 
    2. The policy/certificate must select any of the following AIA Investment-linked Funds (“Fund”). In the event the Eligible Customer performs any fund switching to other than the Fund before the cash reward payout, the cash reward entitlement will be forfeited. This requirement is not applicable to A-Life Wealth Venture and A-Life Sejuta Makna.

*Sum assured/covered from multiple policies/certificates cannot be aggregated to meet the minimum sum assured/covered requirement. 

Starting from 27 January 2025, the requirements to complete the Get Life Protection Activity Card are as follows:

  1. The policy/certificate owner and the insured/person covered must be the same individual.
  2. Eligible Customers must enroll for the AIA Vitality programme during the Eligible Life/Family Takaful Protection Products application or have an active AIA Vitality membership.
     

You must ensure that all the requirements are met upon application submission and remain as is prior to and upon the payout of the cash reward. 

You will be disqualified from receiving the cash reward for this activity if any of the criteria listed under “What are the requirements that I must meet to complete the Get Life Protection Activity Card?” is not met, or if any of the following event occurs before the payout of the cash reward: 

  1. The policy/certificate is under premium/contribution holiday, surrender of policy/certificate, partial withdrawal, free-look cancellation or cancellation from inception.
  2. Policy/certificate has a lapse history.
  3. Policy/certificate with premiums/contributions not paid up to date.

In the event the policy/certificate has been cancelled from inception or free-look cancellation occurred, the refund (if any) shall deduct the cash reward that has been credited into your AIA+ Wallet for the policy/certificate.

You can complete this activity card once a year and it will reset annually on your birthday. Once your birthday is reached, you will receive this activity card and you may complete this activity.

You are entitled to ONE unit of cash reward for the completion of this activity card regardless of the number of policies/certificates you have with AIA.

If the Activity Card is successfully completed, the status on the Activity Card will change to “Eligible for Cash Reward”.

Eligible customers who completed the Get Life Protection Activity Card before 30 November 2024, the first cash reward payout will be credited into your AIA+ Wallet and be available for withdrawal 6 months after the policy/certificate issuance (activation) date. The second cash reward payout will be available for withdrawal 12 months after the policy/certificate inception (activation) date.

Eligible customers who complete the Get Life Protection Activity Card starting from 27 January 2025 onwards, the cash reward payout will be credited into your AIA+ Wallet and be available for withdrawal within 5 business days after the policy/certificate issuance date.

Once the cash reward is credited to your AIA+ Wallet, the status on the Activity Card will change to “Paid to Wallet”. 

If the cash reward withdrawal is unsuccessful, you will receive a notification on the AIA+ app. 

Your cash reward in the AIA+ Wallet will expire one day before your second upcoming birthday. Please refer to the AIA+ Wallet Frequently Asked Questions for more information.

Eligible Customers who sign up for any of the selected medical protection product from AIA Bhd. or AIA PUBLIC Takaful Bhd. (“Eligible Medical Protection Products”) together with their attachable basic plans, meet the requirements below and the policy/certificate is subsequently approved and activated by AIA will be eligible to receive ONE unit of cash reward for this activity. The amount of cash reward is displayed on the activity card. The amount of cash reward is subject to change from time to time at AIA’s discretion.

Eligible Customers as defined in “General” > “Who is eligible to participate in Life+ Rewards?” are eligible to participate in this Activity Card.

Before 30 November 2024, the requirements to complete the Get Medical Protection Activity Card are as follows:

  1. The policy/certificate owner and the insured/person covered must be the same individual.
  2. Eligible Customers must enroll for AIA Vitality programme during the Eligible Medical Protection Products application or have an active AIA Vitality membership.
  3. Payment method for the Eligible Medical Protection Products must be via a payment link, AIA E-Pay (credit/debit card) or E-Pay online banking.
     

Starting from 27 January 2025, the requirements to complete the Get Medical Protection Activity Card are as follows: 

  1. The policy/certificate owner and the insured/person covered must be the same individual. 
  2. Eligible Customers must enroll for the AIA Vitality programme during the Eligible Life/Family Takaful Protection Products application or have an active AIA Vitality membership. 
     

You must ensure that all the requirements are met upon application submission and remain as is prior to and upon the payout of the cash reward. 

You will be disqualified from receiving the cash reward for this activity if any of the criteria listed under “What are the requirements that I must meet to complete the Get Medical Protection Activity Card?” is not met, or if any of the following event occurs before the payout of the cash reward: 

  1. The policy/certificate is under premium/contribution holiday, surrender of policy/certificate, partial withdrawal, free-look cancellation or cancellation from inception.
  2. Policy/certificate has a lapse history.
  3. Policy/certificate with premiums/contributions not paid up to date.
  4. The Eligible Medical Protection Product is removed from the basic plan attached.

Attaching an Eligible Medical Protection Product to an existing policy/certificate with AIA through the rider addition process does not fulfil the requirement of this activity card and you will not be eligible to receive the cash reward. 

In the event the policy/certificate has been cancelled from inception or free-look cancellation occurred, the refund (if any) shall deduct the cash reward that has been credited into your AIA+ Wallet for the policy/certificate.

You may complete this activity card once a year and it will reset annually on your birthday. Once your birthday is reached, you will receive this activity card and you may complete this activity.

You are entitled to ONE unit of cash reward for the completion of this activity card regardless of the number of policies/certificates you have with AIA.

If the Activity Card is successfully completed, the status on the Activity Card will change to “Eligible for Cash Reward”.

Eligible customers who completed the Get Medical Protection Activity Card before 30 November 2024, your cash reward will be credited into your AIA+ Wallet and be available for withdrawal 6 months after the policy/certificate issuance (activation) date. Once the cash reward is credited to your AIA+ Wallet, the status on the Activity Card will change to “Paid to Wallet”.

Eligible customers who comple the Get Medical Protection Activity Card starting from 27 January 2025 onwards, the cash reward payout will be credited into your AIA+ Wallet and be available for withdrawal within 5 business days after the policy/certificate issuance date.

If the cash reward withdrawal is unsuccessful, you will receive a notification on the AIA+ app. 

Your cash reward in the AIA+ Wallet will expire one day before your second upcoming birthday. Please refer to the AIA+ Wallet Frequently Asked Questions for more information.

(“Eligible Life/Family Takaful Protection For Dependents Products”), meet the requirements below and the policy/certificate is subsequently approved and activated by AIA will be eligible to receive up to FIVE units of cash reward for this activity. The amount of cash reward is displayed on the activity card. The amount of cash reward is subject to change from time to time at AIA’s discretion.

Eligible Customers entitle for up to FIVE units of cash reward for each of the purchase for dependents.

  3. Payment method for the Eligible Life/Family Takaful Protection For Dependents Products must be via a payment link, AIA E-Pay (credit/debit card) or E-Pay online banking.
  4. The following conditions are only applicable to Category 2 of Eligible Life/Family Takaful Protection For Dependents Products:
    1. The premium/contribution payment term must be at least 10 years.
    2. The policy/certificate must select any of the following AIA Investment-linked Funds (“Fund”). In the event the Eligible Customer performs any fund switching to other than the Fund before the cash reward payout, the cash reward entitlement will be forfeited. This requirement is not applicable to A-Life Wealth Venture and A-Life Sejuta Makna.

Download Your E-Policy

Eligible Customers who downloaded their e-policy/certificate on the AIA+ app/portal will be eligible to receive ONE unit of cash reward for this activity. The amount of cash reward is displayed on the activity card. The amount of cash reward is subject to change from time to time at AIA’s discretion.

E-policy/certificate is available for all active AIA policies/certificates which were activated from 15th March 2019. 

However, Eligible Customers will not be eligible for the cash reward if they download an e-policy/certificate of a policy/certificate that has lapsed.

Eligible Customers as defined in “General” > “Who is eligible to participate in Life+ Rewards?” are eligible to participate in this Activity Card, however Eligible Customers who have downloaded their e-policy/certificate on the AIA+ app/portal between 1st April 2023 and 31st March 2024 (both dates inclusive) will not be eligible to complete this activity and will not receive this reward.

You may complete this activity card once a year and it will reset annually on your birthday. Once your birthday is reached, you will receive this activity card and you may complete this activity.

You are entitled to ONE unit of cash reward for the completion of this activity card regardless of the number of policies/certificates you have with AIA.

If the Activity Card is successfully completed, the status on the Activity Card will change to “Eligible for Cash Reward”.

Switch to Credit Card

Eligible Customers who are existing AIA customers must change their payment method to credit card on ALL their policies/certificates (including policies/certificates where the insured/person covered is another individual) to be eligible to receive ONE unit of cash reward for this activity. 

Eligible Customers who are new customers of AIA, i.e., those who do not currently have any policies/certificates with AIA, must select credit card as their payment method during the new policy/certificate application. When the policy/certificate is subsequently approved and activated by AIA, the Eligible Customer will be eligible to receive ONE unit of cash reward for this activity. If the new customer signs up for more than one policy/certificate with AIA at the same time, the Eligible Customer must select credit card as their payment method on ALL the policies/certificates.  

The amount of cash reward is displayed on the Activity Card. The amount of cash reward is subject to change from time to time at AIA’s discretion.

A one-time password (OTP) will be sent via SMS to the customer’s mobile phone number for verification purposes. 

The credit card holder, the policy/certificate owner and the payor of the policy/certificate must be the same individual. Only Visa or Mastercard are accepted. Terms and conditions on the “Service Request” pages on the AIA+ app shall apply.  

Eligible Customers as defined in “General” > “Who is eligible to participate in Life+ Rewards?” are eligible to participate in this Activity Card, however Eligible Customers who have changed the payment method to credit card on ALL their policies/certificates with AIA between 1st April 2023 and 31st March 2024 (both dates inclusive) will not be eligible to complete this activity and will not receive this reward. Additionally, Eligible Customers who only have one active policy with AIA and that policy is an active Personal Accident policy from AIA General Berhad will not be eligible to complete this activity and will not receive this reward.

You may complete this activity card once a year and it will reset annually on your birthday. Once your birthday is reached, you will receive this activity card and you may complete this activity.

You are entitled to ONE unit of cash reward for the completion of this activity card regardless of the number of policies/certificates you have with AIA.

If the Activity Card is successfully completed, the status on the Activity Card will change to “Eligible for Cash Reward”.

Your cash reward will be credited into your AIA+ Wallet and be available for withdrawal within one working day after the Activity Card is successfully completed. Once the cash reward is credited to your AIA+ Wallet, the status on the Activity Card will change to “Paid to Wallet”. 

If the cash reward withdrawal is unsuccessful, you will receive a notification on the AIA+ app.

Update Mobile Number

Selected eligible customers who update their mobile number via the AIA+ app through “Service Request” or “My Profile” will receive a one-time cash reward. This one time offer is available also for eligible customers without an existing AIA+ account who can complete this activity by downloading the AIA+ app, completing their registration and logging in for the first time.

The cash reward amount is displayed on the activity card in Life+ Rewards. The cash reward amount is limited to the first 19,200 eligible customers who successfully completed this activity. The cash reward is subject to change from time to time at AIA’s discretion. Eligible customers need to understand and agree that the mobile number they have provided AIA is valid and current to the best of their knowledge.

Only selected customers are eligible to complete this Activity Card. These selected Eligible Customers will be able to view the activity card on Life+ Rewards.

No, this is a one-time offer that will be available on Life+ Rewards for a limited time. 

Selected eligible customers can only complete this activity card ONCE regardless of the number of policies/certificates they have with AIA. 

Once an eligible customer successfully completes the activity, the status on the activity card will change to “Eligible for Cash Reward”. The cash reward will be credited into your AIA+ Wallet within one working day.
