What’s included in AIA Vitality Starter?
Members of AIA Vitality and AIA Vitality Starter will earn Vitality points and level up the Vitality status from Bronze to Platinum in the same way. While AIA Vitality members can enjoy the full suite of partner rewards and benefits, only certain rewards and benefits are available to AIA Vitality Starter members.

Who is eligible?
All AIA & Non-AIA customers who meet the following conditions are eligible for AIA Vitality Starter.
Must hold a valid NRIC or passport
Must be aged 18 to 65 years old
Exclusively for non-AIA Vitality members
Terms & Conditions:
- Only 1 NRIC/Passport with 1 registered mobile number per registration.
- AIA Vitality Starter is only applicable to those who are not an AIA Vitality member at point of application.
- Please note that to sign up for AIA Vitality, customers will need to have a valid Vitality integrated insurance or Takaful plan.
- After Vitality Starter period has ended, customers can receive subsequent invitation to join Starter programme again after 1 year from the end date of previous Vitality Starter period.
How to start?

Upon successful enrolment, you will receive a Welcome email from AIA.
If you're not an AIA+ app users, you can create your AIA+ app account from the activation link given in the Welcome Email.
Link your compatible fitness app or wearable device to AIA Vitality in AIA+ app. Start tracking your steps and workouts to earn your rewards.

AIA Vitality Starter is a programme that provides you with 3 months (90 days) of entry level access to AIA Vitality, our health and wellness programme. AIA Vitality helps you know your health and improve your health while getting rewarded along the way with selected rewards and benefits.
If you already have an existing AIA Life Planner, you can contact him/ her directly to express your interest to sign up for AIA Vitality Starter.
Alternatively, you can sign up by filling up your details on the form shown when you click “Your First 3 Months Are On Us”. Details required are:
- Full Name as per NRIC
- NRIC Number
- Phone Number
- E-mail Address
- Are you an AIA Customer
- Preferred Location to meet
- Preferred Time & Date to meet
If you already have an existing AIA Life Planner, you can also contact him/her to express your interest to sign up for AIA Vitality Starter.
- Sign up for AIA Vitality Starter by clicking the link below. An AIA Life planner will contact you to activate your membership.
- Upon successful enrolment, you will receive a Welcome Email with the steps to register to be an AIA+ app user.
- Register your AIA+ account (if you have not done so) download the AIA+ app from the App store or Google Play.
- Log in to the app and complete your beginner’s missions to start enjoying your welcome rewards
- Continue to enjoy your rewards when you stay active with us.
You can earn rewards by:
- Completing your Vitality Age assessment: enjoy an RM5 voucher
- Completing Weekly Challenges: enjoy RM5 voucher every week
- Completing Health Checks: Enjoy free Vitality Health Checks at Guardian
You can earn rewards by:
- If your application is successful, you will receive a welcome email within 1 working day from the registration date.
- If you do not have an AIA+ account, create your AIA+ account by clicking on “HERE” in your welcome email and follow the steps shown
- You will then be required to download the AIA+ mobile app via Google Play, App Store or Huawei App Gallery. Once you’ve completed this, you can log in and start enjoying the benefits of AIA Vitality Starter.
