Thanks to medical advancements, cancer is now highly treatable. As the cost of treating cancer rises, the question then becomes: are you financially prepared to fight cancer?
A-Life Cancer360-i is a complete cancer protection plan that provides coverage from the early to more advanced stages of cancer.
Join AIA Vitality, a unique programme that actively supports and rewards you for making healthy choices.
When you participate in A-Life Cancer360-i and sign up as an AIA Vitality member, you will get additional benefit in the form of Yearly Cash Bonus. You may receive a cash bonus of up to 50% of your basic contribution paid for A-Life Cancer360-i on every certificate anniversary.
If you are diagnosed with early stage cancer, you will receive a lump sum payment of 30% of the amount you are covered for. We will also pay you up to a further 20% of your coverage amount in the first year of your diagnosis to support your recovery.
If you have made a claim for early stage cancer, the Power Reset feature returns your coverage to the full amount one year after your diagnosis. This allows you to resume full coverage against cancer for the remainder of your plan.
If you are diagnosed with a more advanced stage of cancer, you will receive 100% of the amount you are covered for in a lump sum payment so you can get the treatment you need. To help you focus on your recovery, we will pay you an additional 50% of your coverage amount over the next 5 years. You are entitled to this benefit even if you had claimed for early stage cancer.
When your plan ends at age 80, we will pay you the full amount you are covered for. You are entitled to this benefit even if you had claimed for early stage cancer.

We will only consider your medical condition and family history related to cancer when assessing your application.
You can enjoy a Yearly Cash Bonus when you participate in A-Life Cancer360-i and sign up as an AIA Vitality member. The first Yearly Cash Bonus is 20% of your basic contribution paid for A-Life Cancer360-i.
If there is any excess from the Takaful risk fund at the end of every year, AIA PUBLIC will share it with the eligible Participants at 50:50 ratio.
What does early stage cancer mean?
In a typical critical illness plan, insurers only pay you the benefits if the cancer is considered life threatening. This plan, however, also covers the early stages of cancer including carcinoma in situ, early prostate cancer, early thyroid cancer, early bladder cancer and early chronic lymphocytic leukaemia.
What does lump sum mean?
This is a single, large claim payment.
What does maturity mean?
This is the date when your takaful coverage for this plan ends.
What does cancer based underwriting mean?
This means AIA PUBLIC will only takes into consideration your medical condition and family history related to cancer for the approval of your application, making it simpler for you to get protected.
What does waiting period mean?
This is the time period where the Takaful Operator will not pay for certain claims.
What does sum covered mean?
The sum of money you wish to be covered for.
