Terms & Conditions
1) This plan is available for full time students studying in Malaysia between the age of 2 to 21 years old. The parents are to be between 16 to 70 years old. The parent shall mean either biological father or mother in the case of the latter being the one giving birth to the child.
2) After the first premium, a grace period of 31 days from the premium due date is allowed for payment of each premium. The policy will remain active during the grace period. If death occurs during the grace period, any unpaid balance of premiums due for the full policy year will be deducted from the proceeds payable under the policy.
3) You must give us written notice of a claim within 30 days of the accident that causes injury. If death occurs, an immediate notice of claim must be given to us.
