AIA CahayaKu is a yearly non-guaranteed renewable personal accident insurance plan which provides compensation in the event of death, hospitalisation and disablement due to accidental means. This plan is a product under Perlindungan Tenang Voucher programme.

This product is underwritten by AIA General Berhad and can only be purchased through Touch ‘n Go eWallet.
The premium for AIA CahayaKu is RM50.00 per year, subject to applicable government tax. It is a one-off premium for the coverage period of 12 months.
- If you are eligible for the Perlindungan Tenang Voucher programme, you can use your Perlindungan Tenang Voucher worth RM30.00 and pay the remaining amount of the premium and applicable government tax.
- If you are not eligible for the Perlindungan Tenang Voucher programme, you will need to pay the full amount of premium and applicable government tax.
You can be covered by AIA CahayaKu if you are:
- Entry age (last birthday) between 18 and 75 years old; and
- Malaysian who is an E-KYC Touch ‘n Go eWallet user, i.e. registered and verified by TNG.
You need to complete the claim submission webpage and provide required supporting claim documents. You can obtain the claim link from the e-mail where you received your e-certificate upon insurance coverage, or go to Touch ‘n Go eWallet > Insurance > My Policies > Tenang > View Details and click on ‘Claim Now’, or by contacting AIA Online Customer Service via WhatsApp at 019 629 9660 or e-mail my.aiaonline@aia.com during the operating hours (8:30 a.m. – 5:30 p.m. on Mon to Thu, 8:30 a.m. – 4:30 p.m. on Fri, excluding public holidays).
Payments will be made by AIA directly. Payment for all benefits (except death benefit) will be paid to the Insured Person. Payment for death benefit will be made to the Nominee or the Estate.
