    Senior Manager/Manager – Telemarketing

    • Lead and manage Sales Team in effective campaigns execution to achieve sales target and department’s sales objective.
    • Ensure daily tracking reports are updated accurately.
    • Drive, lead and cultivate sales culture environment to achieve various targets set by the business.
    • Degree holder with minimum 8 years experience in managing a sales team.
    • Pre Contract Examination (PCE) in Life/General Insurance will be an added advantage.

     

    Senior Team Leader/Team Leader – Telemarketing

    • Lead and manage a team of Financial Executives to achieve sales target and department's sales objective.
    • Coach and provide training to Financial Executives, including company policies and procedures, and tools to support their daily responsibilities.
    • Ensure team members are familiar with product knowledge.
    • Responsible for campaign performance monitoring and KPI evaluations with subordinates in ensuring business targets are met. 
    • Degree holder with minimum 2 years experience in managing a sales team.
    • Pre Contract Examination (PCE) in Life/General Insurance will be an added advantage.

     

    Financial Executive - Telemarketing

    • Utilising consultative selling techniques to promote insurance products to pre-assigned potential customers.
    • Responsible in delivering daily and monthly KPIs with adherence to the Quality Assurance (QA) guidelines to comply with the company’s standards on calls quality.
    • Degree or Diploma holder (or SPM with at least 1 year of sales experience).
    • Possess good communication skills. Knowledge of Chinese dialects would be an added advantage.
    • Aggressive, result orientated and self-motivated to earn more income.

    Quality Assurance Manager/Team Leader 

    • Lead and manage Quality Assurance team to achieve Key Performance Indexes.
    • Objectively assess and provide constructive feedback on the quality of call handling performed by Financial Executives according to preset criteria.
    • Conduct regular calibration sessions with Outbound Contact Centre counterparts, provide constructive criticisms and feedback on vital areas of call quality and performance.
    • Ensure continuous enhancement of skills and knowledge to impart knowledge amongst team members via training, mentoring and coaching.
    • Degree holder with minimum 5 years experience in managing a team.
    • Good communication skills. Knowledge of Chinese dialects would be an added advantage.

     

    Quality Assurance Associate 

    • Review & provide constructive feedback on the quality of call handling by Financial Executives according to preset criteria.
    • Take full ownership of assigned KPI to ensure calls are reviewed within the agreed TAT.
    • Communicate and report regularly to Quality Assurance Manager/Team Leader on areas to improve call quality.
    • Degree or Diploma holder with at least 1 year of relevant working experience.
    • Good communication skills. Knowledge of Chinese dialects would be added an advantage.

    Recruiter 

    • Execute and manage full recruitment plans in Outbound Contact Centre.
    • Identify and develop various recruitment channels to support the Outbound Contact Centre’s hiring needs.
    • Degree holder with minimum 2 years of relevant working experience.
    • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
    • Able to work independently as well as in a team environment.

     

    Sales Trainer 

    • Design, plan, organize and conduct training in Outbound Contact Centre.
    • Monitor, evaluate and record training activities and program effectiveness.
    • Organize and develop training materials such as handouts and visual materials.
    • Conduct and analyze training needs.
    • Degree holder with minimum 2 years of relevant working experience.
    • Good team building and interpersonal skills.
    • Excellent communication and presentation skills. Knowledge of Chinese dialects would have an added advantage.

     

    Telemarketing Campaign Planning & Implementation

    • Manage and ensure programs/telemarketing campaigns that are initiated by business units are properly planned and implemented.
    • Proactively seek feedback to facilitate improvements in sales, service, operations efficiency and customer satisfaction.
    • Create effective scripting and learn about customer’s buying behaviours.
    • Ensure accurate and timely submission of all reports to the relevant stakeholders.
    • Degree holder with minimum 2 years of relevant working experience.

     

    Business Analyst 

    • Prepare accurate daily and monthly Sales Team performance reports on timely basis.
    • Responsible for verification and timely submission of accurate monthly sales team incentives payment and claw back.
    • Review and ensure the incentive payments and claw back process are adequate and enforced effectively.
    • Prepare and reconcile monthly billing for respective business units.
    • Monitor individual telemarketing campaign's actual performance in accordance with company guidelines.
    • Assist to exercise proper control in operating and budgetary costs.
    • Assist to carry out ad-hoc projects in a professional manner as and when required.
    • Degree or Diploma holder with minimum 1 year of relevant working experience.

     

    CRM 

    • Responsible for developing business requirements gathered from end users.
    • To ensure system enhancement and process automation are in place to improve and streamline overall Outbound Contact Centre operation.
    • To coordinate with IT and users in other business units to ensure smooth interface between Outbound Contact Centre application and other business applications.
    • Accountable for technical aspects of end-to-end solution delivery, deployment, system integration and Acceptance Testing and Functional testing.
    • Documenting business processes into flowcharts, User Guide and SOPs (standard operating procedure).
    • Degree holder with minimum 2 years of relevant working experience.
    • Experience in working with CRM application and database management system such as SQL Server, MySQL or any other call centre tools/systems.
    • Familiar with IT Project documentation such as Project Plan, Business Specification, Technical Specification, Test Plan and Accessibility/User Matrix.
