You or your family will receive an additional lump sum amount should an unfortunate event happen to you which is caused by personal crime such as assault and battery, kidnapping, homicide, snatch theft, robbery or rape.
LOSS OF PERSONAL BELONGINGS
You shall receive a lump sum payment of up to RM2,000 if you lose your personal belongings due to crime.
LOSS OF CASH WITHDRAWN FROM ATM
This plan also reimburses you up to RM3,000 if you lose your cash within 30 minutes of an ATM withdrawal due to snatch theft or robbery.
Should you be a victim of kidnapping, this plan will reimburse your family for the ransom payment of up to RM50,000 if the ransom demand is made. Your family shall also receive a lump sum payment of up to RM10,000 as a reward for information leading to your recovery, while alive.

What is personal crime?
Personal Crime shall mean the act of committing or attempting to commit any unlawful or criminal act, whether directly or as an accessory that results in physical harm to any person including assault and battery, kidnapping, homicide, snatch theft, robbery and rape.

Crime Guard is an optional benefit attachable to Flex PA.
The plan covers up to age 85 or the expiry of the basic plan, whichever is earlier.
You must disclose details such as your occupation, personal interests or hobbies that could affect your risk profile and number of personal accident policies that you have with other insurance companies.
After the first premium, a grace period of 31 days from the premium due date is allowed for payment of each premium. The policy will remain active during the grace period. If a loss occurs during the grace period, any unpaid balance of premiums due for the full policy year will be deducted from the proceeds payable under the policy.
You must inform us in writing if you change your occupation. We will review your new occupation to see if it falls within the occupation categories covered under this plan.
You must give us written notice of a claim within 30 days of the accident that caused your injury. If death occurs, an immediate notice of claim must be given to us.
