1) This Subscribe To A Better Life Campaign with Earn Cash Rewards with Life+ Rewards ("Campaign") is organised by AIA Bhd. and AIA PUBLIC Takaful Bhd. (“AIA”, “we”, “our” or “us”). By joining this Campaign, you (“you”, “your” or “customer”) agree that you have read, understood and agreed to be bound by the Terms and Conditions of this Campaign and by any change or modification that we may make to this Campaign and/or the Terms and Conditions of this Campaign with prior notice to you. By joining this Campaign, you further agree to be bound by our Privacy Policy accessible at https://www.aia.com.my/en/index/privacy-statement.html

4) Campaign Eligibility, Mechanism and Reward 

1. The Campaign is open to all customers who purchase/participate in any of the Eligible Products with minimum annualised premium/contribution of RM12,000 during the campaign period.


2. All applications must be received during Campaign Period and activated by 17 June 2024.


3. In order to qualify for the Campaign, for adult application (i.e.,with entry age 16 and above), the insured/person covered must be an AIA Vitality member. AIA Vitality membership must be signed up or active upon new application submission in iPoS (except for A-Life Wealth Venture and A-Life Sejuta Makna where the applicant is a business organisation) and must remain active prior to and upon the payment of Campaign Reward.


4. For juvenile application (applicable to pre-natal and/or insured/person covered with entry age 0 to 15 years old) under A-Life Joy Xtra, A-Life Idaman and A-Life Wealth Treasure, the policy/certificate owner (i.e., the applicant) must join AIA Vitality membership.


5. Juvenile applications (applicable to insured/person covered 14 days to 15 years old) under A-Life Kritikal Protector, A-Life Wealth Premier, A-Life Wealth Builder and A-Life Legasi Beyond are not eligible to join the Campaign as AIA Vitality membership is only open for insured/person covered aged 16 years old and above.


6. The annualised premium/contribution is based on the total premium/contribution amount inclusive of A-Plus Saver, A-Plus Saver-i, A-Plus ScholarSaver, A-Plus Legasi Enhancer, A-Plus Health Enhancer, A-Plus Enhancer-i and any rider premium/contribution.


7. The calculation of the cashback amount is based on annualised premium/contribution and shall EXCLUDE any saver and top-up premium/contribution such as A-Plus Saver, A-Plus Saver-i, A-Plus ScholarSaver, A-Plus Legasi Enhancer, A-Plus Enhancer-i and AIA Vitality membership fees.


8. For customers of A-Life Wealth Treasure, A-Life Wealth Premier, A-Life Wealth Builder, A-Life Wealth Venture, A-Life Legasi Beyond and A-Life Sejuta Makna who did not opt for premium/contribution payment term of 10 years and above will not be eligible for the cashback. For customers of A-Life Wealth Venture and A-Life Sejuta Makna, including applications where the applicant is a business organisation, customers need to opt for premium/contribution terms of 10 years and above in order to be eligible for the cashback.


9. Policies/certificates must be paid via credit card or E-pay online banking for all modal premium/contribution amount. For A-Life Wealth Venture and A-Life Sejuta Makna applications where the applicant is a business owner, the credit card used must be registered under the business organisation. A copy of the business credit card information must be submitted for verification upon submission.


10. For customers of A-Life Wealth Treasure, A-Life Wealth Premier, A-Life Wealth Builder and A-Life Legasi Beyond who fall into any one or more of the following categories will not be eligible for the cashback:
    
    • Did not opt for premium/contribution payment term of 10 years and above.
    • Did not invest in the selected AIA Investment-Linked Funds.
    • Performed full fund switching to AIA Fixed Income Fund, AIA Dana Bon and/or A-Dana Income (This is not applicable to A-Life Wealth Venture and A-Life Sejuta Makna).


11. If customers make any changes/transactions (e.g. increase of sum assured/covered or addition of rider) to the Eligible Policy/Certificate which require additional premium/contribution during the Campaign Period and/or before the payout of the Campaign Reward, the additional premium/contribution will not be qualified or counted in the Campaign. For reduction of premium/contribution, the Campaign Reward shall be based on the reduced premium/contribution provided the reduced premium/contribution meets the minimum annualised premium/contribution requirement of this Campaign.


12. The Eligible Policy/Certificate will be disqualified from the Campaign in the event of:
    
    • Lapsed, surrender, termination, cancellation of the application;
    • Partial withdrawal;
    • Premium/contribution holiday;
    • Premium/contribution not paid up to date;
    • Lapsed but reinstated; or
    • Change of payment method to noncredit card or E-pay online banking upon cashback payout date.
    • Change of AIA Investment-Linked Fund(s) selected or investment allocation instruction to the AIA Investment-Linked Fund(s) not listed (For A-Life Wealth Premier, A-Life Wealth Builder, A-Life Wealth Treasure and A-Life Legasi Beyond only).
    • Customers who had applied for deferment of premium/contribution payment, take premium/contribution holiday, performed partial withdrawal, performed fund switching from the selected ILP Fund(s), did not invest in the selected ILP Fund(s) prior to crediting will not be eligible for the Cashback.


13. Free look cancellation: The total refund amount shall be adjusted by subtracting the cashback credited into the customer’s wallet.


14. Life Planner purchase/participation is not entitled for the Campaign. Life Planner purchase/participation means the policy/certificate owner and/or the insured/person covered is a Life Planner.


15. Campaign Reward will be credited and reflected in the eligible policy/certificate owner’s AIA+ Wallet latest by 31 July 2025 by AIA Bhd. and AIA PUBLIC Takaful Bhd in accordance with the Terms and Conditions of the Campaign. After which, it shall be deemed as full payment and AIA Malaysia shall be released and fully discharged from further liability and demand in relation to the Campaign Reward. 5) Important Notes and Disclaimers

1. This material is not intended as an offer or solicitation for the purpose or sale of any financial instrument/product. You should satisfy yourself that the policy/certificate purchased will best serve your needs and that the premium/contribution payable under this policy is an amount that you can afford. To achieve this, we recommend that you speak to your Life Planner who will perform a needs analysis and assist you in making an informed decision. 2. You are advised to refer to the Product Disclosure Sheet, Sales Illustration, Fund Fact Sheet(s); if applicable, for further information before purchasing a policy/certificate, and to refer to the terms and conditions in the policy document/certificate document for details of the features and benefits, waiting periods and exclusions under the policy/certificate.

6) General Provisions

1. You are always solely responsible for maintaining the accuracy of your information. AIA may request for further information from you to determine the authenticity of any information provided, including whether it is fraudulent or exaggerated.


2. AIA may decline the Campaign Reward entitlement in the event any of the Terms and Conditions pursuant to this Campaign is not fulfilled. No appeal(s) will be entertained.


3. AIA shall have the right to decide all matters, and disputes concerning this Campaign including substituting the Campaign Reward with other form of gifts/rewards of equivalent value.


4. AIA shall have the right to amend the Terms and Conditions of this Campaign, and to suspend, terminate, delay or vary this Campaign with prior notice to you. The mode of notification (if any) of the amendment, suspension, termination, delay or variation shall be at AIA's discretion, including but not limited to displaying the same in any of AIA’s website or social media sites.


5. The Campaign Reward are non-transferable and any request for Campaign Reward to be credited to a third-party account will not be entertained.
