The AIA x Mastercard Auto-Debit Bonanza Campaign (“Campaign”) aims to encourage you to enrol for Auto-Debit, to help ease your payment experience and maintain continuous coverage. This Campaign will start on 21 December 2023 and end on 31 March 2024.

This Campaign is open to all new and existing AIA Customers with a valid Mastercard credit card that is issued in Malaysia. You are also required to have an in-force AIA insurance policy/takaful certificate, and/or a new AIA insurance policy / takaful certificate application that is submitted and activated during the Campaign Period.

  • Have an in-force insurance policy / takaful certificate.
  • On any direct payment method (Example: cash, manual bank transfer etc.)
 Yes. To participate, all you need to do is enrol for Auto-Debit with a valid Mastercard credit card issued in Malaysia.

  • Have an in-force insurance policy / takaful certificate.
  • Currently enrolled for Auto-Debit with a Debit Card or Direct Debit.
 Yes. To participate, all you need to do is change your Auto-Debit to a valid Mastercard credit card issued in Malaysia.

  • Have an in-force insurance policy / takaful certificate.
  • Currently enrolled for Auto-Debit with a credit card that is not Mastercard.
 Yes. To participate, all you need to do is change your Auto-Debit to a valid Mastercard credit card issued in Malaysia.

  • Enrolled for Auto-Debit with a valid Mastercard credit card through iPOS.
*This method is only applicable only for new insurance policy /takaful certificate submitted and activated during the campaign period. 		Yes, you are eligible for the campaign if your enrolment has been successfully completed during the campaign period.

It’s simple, all you need to do is enrol for Auto-Debit with a valid Mastercard credit card issued in Malaysia. Follow the steps below:

  1. Log-in to AIA+ app.
  2. Tap on the ‘Menu’ located at the top left corner and select ‘Service Request’.
  3. Select a policy, followed by ‘Change Payment Method’.
  4. Update your details with your Mastercard credit card.
  5. Authorise your Mastercard credit card and tap ‘Proceed’

That’s it! Once you’ve successfully enrolled for Auto-Debit, you’ll earn 1x entry and a chance to win the Campaign reward.

If you don’t have the AIA+ app, just head over to the Apple App Store, Google Play Store or the Huawei App Gallery to download AIA+, complete your registration and login to begin.
