Healthcare Partner Privileges consist of special offers, preferential rates and access to exclusive services offered by AIA’s Healthcare Partners to all AIA policyholders and certificate holders.
You can go to AIA’s website to view the full list of AIA’s Healthcare Partners here and click on the respective participating Health Partners to view privileges offered.
You will need to download the AIA+ app and register as a AIA+ member. Please present the main dashboard or your e-medical card on the AIA+ app upon registration or during payment at the hospital to apply for this Privilege.
Note: Do make sure that your name is visible on your AIA+ app main dashboard.
No. You will need to inform the participating Healthcare Partner that you wish to apply the Privilege feature and present your My AIA app main dashboard.

The Privilege feature is a value-added service available to all AIA policyholders/certificate owners, including both Individual and Employee Benefits customers.
Yes, if the person is assured/covered under the same policy/certificate as yourself. Do note that the AIA’s participating Healthcare Partner may ask for verification at the time of registering or during payment.
Yes, however they have must be registered as a My AIA member and have downloaded the My AIA app as they would be required to show the proof of this Privilege for verification purposes.
When you are at the hospital, do confirm with the hospital whether this Privilege has been applied to your bill, as each hospital process may be different. It is best to always check first with AIA’s Healthcare Partners on the status of this Privilege feature prior to your visit.
Cancer Support Programme
AIA is in partnership with selected pharmaceutical companies and partner hospitals to reduce the financial burden faced by customers who have been diagnosed with cancer. Please discuss with your treating doctor to find out more about this programme.
You may consult your treating oncologist regarding your eligibility for medication redemption and for home chemotherapy. Your oncologist will be able to assist you further and enrol you in the programme.

We are currently partnering with Pfizer, ROCHE and Sunway Medical Centre and will continue to extend the partnership with other companies and panel hospitals in the months to come.
Guarantee letter issuance for this service is subject to your policy/certificate terms and benefits.
There will not be any additional charges for home chemotherapy. However, if your home location is beyond a 25km radius from the partner hospital, there will be a fee incurred for transportation.
