Change of Payment Cycle & Scheduled Top-up
Dear Valued Customer,
As part of our continuous commitment to deliver the best experience to you, we are extremely excited to introduce two (2) new and exciting features in our customer portal, MY AIA.
These new features which will be available in MY AIA from 10 May 2019, are:
- Change of Payment Cycle – With only a few clicks within the comfort of your home, you can now change the payment cycle/frequency of your policies/certificates and remit payments/contributions online, if required, to reflect these changes. It’s simple and hassle-free!
- Scheduled Top-up – Manage your investment portfolios at your fingertips! You will have the flexibility to create or increase the scheduled premium/contribution top-up of your investment-linked policies/certificates to boost the fund value. You can also change your premium/contribution allocation for your preferred funds upon performing the scheduled top-up.
