Pay Your Premium / Contribution Directly to AIA via Autodebit or Online!
Life is full of uncertainties. Which is why it is important that you continue to stay protected at all times by ensuring that your premium/contribution payments are in order.
Rest assured, keeping track of your online payments is easy! We will always send you an acknowledgement via push notifications on the My AIA app or SMS, and soon the electronic receipt feature will be made available on My AIA.
We understand that some of our customers may have a personal payment arrangement with their Life Planner, whereby the Life Planner pays the premium / contribution on their behalf. While this may be a long-standing arrangement between the customer and their Life Planner, we would like to highlight that this practice is highly discouraged. On this note, we wish to inform you that starting 1 October 2021, we will no longer be accepting payments from Life Planners who pay premiums / contributions on behalf of their customers.
If you are not already using our auto debit or online payment facilities, we would like to share the various payment methods that allow you to make payments directly to AIA. It’s simple and hassle free!
- Autodebit: Sign up for auto debit so that you never miss a payment. The link to the forms are enclosed and you can submit it via email to firstname.lastname@example.org or the nearest AIA Customer Centre.
