Contest Mechanics:-
From 30 April 2018 to 20 May 2018, selected AIA Vitality members who receives an SMS via his/her registered mobile number (“SMS Invitation”) and/or an electronic direct mailer via his/her registered e-mail address (“E-Mail Invitation”) and submits their participation via the Contest website shall be entitled to get a chance to win a pair of TGV Cinemas movie passes worth RM110 in total if he/she achieves their Weekly Target (i.e. 250 AIA Vitality Points within a week, from physical activities) via the AIA Vitality Weekly Challenge app every week during the Contest Period.

Terms and Conditions

1) This “TGV Cinemas ‘All Access’ Pass” (“Contest”) is open to only selected AIA Vitality members of AIA Malaysia (AIA Malaysia collectively refers to AIA Bhd., AIA PUBLIC Takaful Bhd., AIA Pension and Asset Management Sdn. Bhd. and AIA Health Services Sdn. Bhd.) (“AIA”) who received the SMS Invitation and/or E-Mail Invitation from AIA Malaysia. No purchase of AIA products are necessary to participate in this Contest.

2) The Contest Period is from 30th April 2018 to 20th May 2018 ("Contest Period"). Submissions made after 20th May 2018, 11.59 pm (“Cut-Off Time”) will be disqualified.

3) To participate in the Contest, members must complete the following (“Entry”):-

a) Submit his/her AIA Vitality membership number, full name as per NRIC/Passport, e-mail address and contact number on the Contest website here.

b) Achieve the Weekly Target (i.e. 250 AIA Vitality Points within a week, from physical activities) via the AIA Vitality Weekly Challenge app every week during the Contest Period.

NOTE: Members are required to ensure that their points are captured via the AIA Vitality Weekly Challenge app by the Cut-Off Time for the points to be counted towards the Weekly Target achievement. Any points updated after the Cut-Off Time, as stipulated above, will not be eligible for this Contest.

4) Shortlisting of Entries

• All Entries are sorted randomly and the total number of Entries are divided by 20 to get 20 shortlisted Entries (i.e. 1,000 Entries divided by 20 equals to 50, resulting in every 50^th Entry to be shortlisted: e.g. 50^th, 100^th, 150^th, 200^th, … , 850^th, 900^th, 950^th, 1,000^th).
• The first ten (10) members whom are shortlisted shall be contacted via the same contact number and/or e-mail address used to participate in the Contest for a question and answer session to be confirmed as Winners.
• In the event that any of the members of the first ten (10) shortlisted Entries fail to answer the question correctly within the stipulated time period, the member of the next shortlisted Entry shall be contacted until there are ten (10) confirmed Winners.
• Entries that are incomplete and/or that do not meet the requirements as mentioned above will be forfeited.
• If for any reason AIA believes that the member has not complied with these terms or fulfilled the Contest requirements, AIA may in its sole and absolute discretion, refuse to award the Prize.

5) Winners

• The Winners will be announced on the week of 28th May 2018 (“Winner Announcement Week”) via the Contest website here and notified through the same e-mail address used to participate in the Contest.
• If any Winner fails to reply to the notification e-mail for delivery of their Prizes within seven (7) working days upon being notified, another Winner will be selected.
• Each Winner is only entitled to win one (1) Prize.
• AIA shall not be held responsible for any losses (including loss of opportunity and any other losses flowing therefrom) and damages suffered in the event the Winner cannot be contacted during the Winner Announcement Week.

6) Prizes

• Total of ten (10) Entries shall each win a pair of TGV Cinemas movie passes worth RM110 per pair in total (“Prizes”).
• Each pass is valid to redeem for one (1) time use only for one (1) ticket for all movie sessions, seat categories, and hall types, and subject to availability.
• For twin seats, two (2) passes are required.
• Redemption is only at any at any TGV Cinemas ticketing counter before the expiry date stated. Online redemption is not available.
• All Prizes cannot be exchanged, redeemed for cash or sold.
• All Prizes must be taken as offered and cannot and will not be varied.
• All Prizes are non-returnable, non-refundable and not extendable.

7) Miscellaneous

• By participating in this Contest, the members are deemed to have read, understood and agreed to the terms and conditions stipulated here and will abide by all decisions made by AIA.
• The members shall assume full liability in the event of any injury, damage or claim resulting from their participation in the Contest and/or use and/or redemption of their Prize and/or infringement of any third party intellectual property rights.
• AIA has the absolute discretion to change, delete or add to any of these terms and conditions and/or to terminate, suspend or cancel this Contest at any time with or without prior notice.
• For the avoidance of doubt, the termination, suspension or cancellation of the Contest shall not entitle the participants or the Winners to claim for compensation against AIA for any losses or damages suffered or incurred by the participants or the Winners as a direct or indirect result of the act of termination, suspension or cancellation.
• AIA’s decisions on any matter concerning these terms and conditions are final. Any disputes in relation to AIA’s decision will not be entertained.
