For FPX direct debit from your savings/current bank account, kindly download and complete the Direct Debit Authorisation Form which can be retrieved here and submit the original and completed form to any AIA Customer Centres nearest to you. Please ensure your signature, name and NRIC match with your bank account opening information kept by your bank to avoid enrolment rejection.
Bank verification and processing time will take approximately 60 days. Kindly continue paying your premiums/contributions online via My AIA while waiting for the FPX auto-deduction approval.
You will receive an approval or rejection letter for your application of the Auto/Direct Debit Facility.
Yes, you can enroll the same card for multiple policies/certificates via auto debit enrolment in My AIA. For direct debit deduction, one Direct Debit Authorisation Form is required for one policy/certificate.
No. You will be required to complete a new Direct Debit Authorisation Form
You need to notify us in writing at least one month before the next premium/contribution due date for us to cancel the service.
An SMS will be sent to you upon unsuccessful premium/contribution deduction for the first attempt and a subsequent attempt will be made. A rejection letter will be sent to you when there is NO further attempts to bill your card/ account.
To ensure continuous coverage of your insurance policy/takaful certificate, you are highly advised to regularly check your credit/debit card expiry date and ensure debit/credit card purchase limits or funds in your bank account are sufficient for premium/ contribution deduction.
