With this commitment in mind, we are excited to introduce our latest service innovation – AIA Virtual Branch, available to all our Life, Takaful and General Insurance customers effective 21 September 2023!
How does it work?
AIA Virtual Branch is a fantastic alternative as you can now schedule a virtual appointment to connect with our Executives. You no longer need to visit any AIA branches physically.
During the scheduled appointment which will take place via an online meeting, you will be able to see and speak to the assigned Executive who will gladly attend to your insurance policy and/or takaful certificate enquiries. It is as good as being served by our branch executive in person, except that this is so much more convenient, hassle-free and helps you save valuable time!
Making a virtual appointment is easy
Go to the AIA+ app (formerly known as My AIA), tap on “MORE” at the menu panel and select “Virtual Appointment”.

In addition to the new Virtual Branch service, you also have access to your AIA Life Planner who is mobile and well equipped with the right digital tools to serve you at your convenience.
