    How It Works
    STEP 1
    Find Participating Providers

    The attending panel clinic doctor advises you see a specialist for further medical evaluation or treatment. Search for AIA Power Pack participating hospital or specialty centre around your area and view details on their operating hours, available services & preferential rate for AIA Customers.
    Notes: Obtain an e-Referral Letter from AIA Panel clinic before visiting specialist doctor ( if required), subject to your policy term & Condition.

    STEP 2
    Member visits AIA Power Pack participating hospital or specialty centre

    The attending specialist will assess and advise you on your eligibility and suitability for AIA Power Pack treatment. As part of the assessment, the specialist may request relevant imaging or blood tests.

    STEP 3
    Eligible AIA Power Pack treatment

    The attending specialist will advise you if hospitalisation is required to diagnose or treat the medically necessary condition. The attending specialist will handle the admission paperwork – initiate AIA Power Pack with AIA to obtain the Guarantee Letter (GL). In preparation for the procedure, the specialist may prescribe medications or request for relevant imaging or blood tests.

    STEP 4
    Member received treatment

    During your hospitalization, the specialist will provide medical or surgical treatment based on the treatment plan as stated in AIA Power Pack.

    STEP 5
    Member discharges from Hospitals or Specialty Centre

    Once your treatment is done and you are fit for discharge, the hospital will then finalise and submit the billing and discharge documentations to AIA for assessment. If there are any non-payable items utilised during hospitalisation, the hospital will collect those charges from member.
