Campaign Period: 30 April 2018 – 20 May 2018 Distribution of Movie Pass: Week of 28 May 2018
Campaign Mechanics:- From 30 April 2018 to 20 May 2018, selected AIA Vitality members who receives a SMS via his/her registered mobile number (“SMS Invitation”) and/or an electronic direct mailer via his/her registered e-mail address (“E-Mail Invitation”) and submits their participation via the Campaign website shall be entitled to get one (1) TGV Cinemas movie pass for if he/she achieves the Weekly Target (i.e. 250 AIA Vitality Points within a week, from physical activities) via the AIA Vitality Weekly Challenge app ONCE during the Campaign Period.
Terms and Conditions
This “Exclusive Movie Pass For You Campaign” (“Campaign”) is open to only selected AIA Vitality members of AIA Malaysia (AIA Malaysia collectively refers to AIA Bhd., AIA PUBLIC Takaful Bhd., AIA Pension and Asset Management Sdn. Bhd. and AIA Health Services Sdn. Bhd.) (“AIA”) who received the SMS Invitation and/or E-Mail Invitation from AIA. No purchase of AIA products are necessary to participate in this Campaign.
The Campaign Period is from 30th April 2018 to 20th May 2018 ("Campaign Period"). Submissions made after 20th May 2018, 11.59 pm (“Cut-off time”) will be disqualified.
To participate in the Campaign, members must complete the following (“Entry”):-
Submit his/her AIA Vitality membership number, full name as per NRIC/Passport, e-mail address and contact number on the Campaign website here.
The AIA Vitality membership number is available on the AIA Vitality membership card. Alternatively, members can also refer to the e-card which is available via:
- AIA Vitality member portal (under About > Profile and Settings)
- AIA Vitality Malaysia mobile app (under Settings)
Achieve the Weekly Target (i.e. 250 AIA Vitality Points within a week, from physical activities) via the AIA Vitality Weekly Challenge app ONCE during the Campaign Period.
NOTE: Members are required to ensure that their points are captured via the AIA Vitality Weekly Challenge app by the Cut-Off Time for the points to be counted towards the Weekly Target achievement. Any points updated after the Cut-Off Time, as stipulated above, will not be eligible for this Campaign.
How to get started on the AIA Vitality Weekly Challenge app?
Step 3: LINK the app with your fitness tracking device or apps (*if you have already linked your device/app to your AIA Vitality account, you can skip this step)
You must obtain your Vitality Age by completing the “Get My Vitality Age” questionnaire before you can start earning your rewards (if you have completed your AIA Vitality Health Review on the AIA Vitality Member Portal (in the current membership year), you can skip this step.
You will earn a reward via the AIA Vitality Weekly Challenge app each time you achieve your Weekly Target (i.e. 250 AIA Vitality Points within a week, from physical activities) two (2) weeks in a row.
Members who successfully complete their Entry shall be entitled to get one (1) TGV Cinemas movie pass (“Movie Pass”) (“Successful Participant”).
Entries that are incomplete and/or that do not meet the requirements as mentioned above will be forfeited.
If for any reason AIA believes that the member has not complied with these terms or fulfilled the Campaign requirements, AIA may in its sole and absolute discretion, refuse to award the Movie Pass.
The Successful Participants will be notified on the week of 9 April 2018 (“Winner Announcement Week”) through the same e-mail address used to participate in the Campaign.
Each Successful Participant is only entitled to win one (1) Movie Pass.
AIA shall not be held responsible for any losses (including loss of opportunity and any other losses flowing therefrom) and damages suffered in the event the Successful Participant cannot be contacted during the Winner Announcement Week.
Each Movie Pass won is only eligible to redeem for standard seat for one (1) time use only at any TGV Cinemas ticketing counter, and subject to availability. Online redemption is not available.
Cash top-up is required for preferred seats, premium seats, twin seats, 3D titles and selected movies (when specified).
Not valid for Beanie, IMAX, Luxe, Indulge and any other specialty halls.
Must be redeemed before the expiry date stated.
The Movie Pass cannot be exchanged, redeemed for cash or sold.
The Movie Pass must be taken as offered and cannot and will not be varied.
The Movie Pass is non-returnable, non-refundable and not extendable.
By participating in this Campaign, the members are deemed to have read, understood and agreed to the terms and conditions stipulated here and will abide by all decisions made by AIA.
The members shall assume full liability in the event of any injury, damage or claim resulting from their participation in the Campaign and/or use and/or redemption of their Prize and/or infringement of any third party intellectual property rights.
AIA has the absolute discretion to change, delete or add to any of these terms and conditions and/or to terminate, suspend or cancel this Campaign at any time with or without prior notice.
For the avoidance of doubt, the termination, suspension or cancellation of the Campaign shall not entitle the participants or the winners to claim for compensation against AIA for any losses or damages suffered or incurred by the participants or the winners as a direct or indirect result of the act of termination, suspension or cancellation.
AIA’s decisions on any matter concerning these terms and conditions are final. Any disputes in relation to AIA’s decision will not be entertained.
