Yes, JomPAY facility is absolutely FREE and customers from the 41 participating banks in Malaysia can easily make bill payments including insurance premium/takaful contribution using their credit card or bank accounts.
As long as you have signed up for internet banking services with your bank, the JomPAY facility is available for bill payments. To view step by step guide, click here.
The JomPAY biller code is stated in your Premium Notice / Contribution Notice / Renewal Notice / GPE Notice / Cover Note / Home Quotation. You can find the AIA biller code here.
A Biller Code is a unique number to identify a JomPAY Biller. Please ensure the correct biller code is selected and Ref-1 & Ref-2 fields are correct and complete.
If your payment transaction failed, the page will prompt an error message. Please ensure that all mandatory fields are filled with correct details as explained under the process steps. For Internet or Mobile Banking assistance, please contact your bank.
You are allowed to set-up automatic recurring payments depending on your bank’s recurring payment feature offerings. Please refer to the guide by the respective participating bank for information on how to set recurring payments.
While recurring payments can be made under JomPAY, you are advised to check your premiums/contribution regularly and make the necessary changes to the deducted amounts to avoid excess or deficit premium/contribution payments.
Registration is not required for JomPAY. However, you need to have Internet or Mobile Banking access through one of the 41 participating banks. For more information on Internet or Mobile Banking access, please contact your bank.
No change is required. The option to pay using internet banking or JomPAY, is entirely up to you.
At present, the number of billers available for you to pay differs significantly across banks. You may not be able to make payments to a biller if the biller is not available via your bank’s Internet & Mobile Banking channels.
JomPAY creates an accessible and inclusive bill payment eco-system for consumers, banks and billers so that all JomPAY billers are available to all customers of the 41 participating banks in Malaysia.
