Please be informed that previously, any small amount of RM10 or below that are payable to certificate owners were channeled to charitable bodies/organisations, as stated in the takaful application form. In line with the new regulatory requirements, such moneys shall be paid to customers regardless of the amount.
Hence, we would like to request our customers to update their banking details to ensure such payment is received, if any, either by:
· Calling our Careline at 1300 88 8922; or
· Visiting our nearest Customer Centre, or
· Downloading the Direct Credit Instruction Form here and submit the completed form to any AIA Customer Centres; or
· E-mailing the completed Direct Credit Instruction Form to email@example.com.
