AIA Customer Centre Operation Hours
Dear Customers,
Starting from 1 January 2018, we will be changing the operation hours for all AIA Customer Centres in Malaysia. The details of this change are listed below.
Current Operation Hours New Operation Hours
8:30am – 5:30pm (Monday - Thursday) 8:30am – 4:30pm (Monday - Friday)
8:30am – 4:30pm (Friday)
Outside of our operating hours, our customers can perform selected transactions electronically through the My AIA Customer Portal at www.aia.com.my
