Dear Customers,
To further strengthen security measures for online transactions, Bank Negara Malaysia (BNM) requires customers to contact their banks to give a fresh authorisation for Card-Not-Present (CNP) Debit Card transactions before such transactions are allowed. This new requirement took effect on 1 January 2016.
What is a CNP transaction?
A CNP transaction occurs when you use your Debit Card to make payments although you are not physically present when the payment is made. This could be a payment done online, by mail or by telephone.
If you are using a Debit Card to pay for your AIA policies, you would be affected as well.
This is what you need to do to ensure that your premium payments via Debit Card are not interrupted:
1. Call your bank’s call centre or visit any of its branches.
2. Inform your bank that you would like to use your Debit Card for CNP transactions.
3. The bank will tell you what you need to do. This exercise only needs to be done once.
4. If you are a new AIA customer or an existing customer who wishes to change your premium payment method from cash/cheque to auto debit card, you will also need to complete AIA’s auto-debit form, which you can get from AIA’s website or any AIA Customer Centre. Please submit the form to us once you have completed the above steps.

Sebagai salah satu langkah memperkukuh keselamatan transaksi atas talian, Bank Negara Malaysia (BNM) menyarankan supaya para pelanggan untuk menghubungi bank masing-masing untuk memberi kuasa bagi transaksi Card-Not-Present (CNP) yang baharu untuk membenarkan transaksi atas talian dilakukan.
Apakah transaksi CNP?
CNP ialah transaksi yang berlaku apabila pembayaran dibuat menggunakan Kad Debit di mana anda tidak berada di situ secara fizikal semasa pembayaran dilakukan. Ini merangkumi pembayaran atas talian, melalui surat atau telefon.
Anda juga harus mengikuti saranan BNM ini jika anda menggunakan Kad Debit untuk membuat pembayaran polisi-polisi AIA.
Anda perlu melakukan langkah-langkah di bawah bagi memastikan pembayaran melalui Kad Debit tidak terganggu:
1. Hubungi Pusat Perkhidmatan Pelanggan bank anda atau kunjungi mana-mana cawangan bank tersebut.
2. Maklumkan kepada bank bahawa anda mahu menggunakan Kad Debit bagi transaksi CNP.
3. Pihak bank akan memberitahu apa yang anda perlu lakukan. Ini hanya perlu dilakukan sekali sahaja.
4. Jika anda adalah pelanggan AIA yang baharu atau sedia ada dan ingin menukarkan cara pembayaran premium daripada tunai/cek kepada kad auto debit, anda perlu melengkapkan borang auto debit AIA yang boleh didapati di laman sesawang AIA atau mana-mana Pusat Pelanggan kami. Sila hantarkan borang tersebut selepas anda telah melakukan langkah-langkah di atas.

为了进一步加强线上交易的保安措施,马来西亚国家银行规定进行扣帐卡的无卡支付交易的顾客在进行有关交易前,需联系其银行给予全新的核准。这项新规定已在2016年1月1日起生效。
什么是无卡支付交易?
当您采用您的扣帐卡进行付款而本身却不在付款现场时,无卡支付(Card-Not-Present, CPN)交易即便产生。这可以是通过线上、邮件或电话进行的付款。
若您采用扣帐卡来支付您的友邦保险保单,您也同样受到影响。
若欲确保您通过扣帐卡支付保费的程序不受干扰,以下是您所需做的事:
1. 拨电至您银行的客户服务或前往任何一家分行。
2. 通知您的银行,您有意采用扣帐卡进行无卡支付交易。
3. 银行将告诉您所需做的事情。这项行动只需做一次。
4. 若您是友邦新顾客或现有客户,欲更改您的保费支付方式 - 由现金/支票至扣帐卡,您也必须填妥友邦自动扣帐表格。您可从友邦网站或任何友邦客户中心获得该表格。一旦您已完成上述步骤,请将表格呈交给我们。
