To book a session for the AIA Vitality Fitness Assessment, head to your AIA+ app. Select “Fitness First” under the AIA Vitality Rewards & Benefits section to make your booking.

AIA Vitality is constantly looking for ways to support your wellness journey. After taking into consideration feedback from the community and gym visit preferences, we are making it for all members to enjoy equal gym membership benefit and the upfront discount is increased to 20%.
Only existing Vitality Fitness First gym members as of 31 Dec 2023 will receive the cashback and gym voucher.
Gym vouchers can be used to offset your next billing on gym membership fees OR purchase of personal training packages.
You do not have to do anything, the discount will be reflected in your next billing for Fitness First gym membership effective 1 Jan 2024 onwards.
If you have paid in lump sum before 1 Jan 2024, AIA will give you a TNG reload pin equivalent to the value of the 5% discount you have missed based on your remaining contract period.
5% is the difference between the old discount of 15% versus the current discount of 20%.
Note: This does not apply to members who pay their gym membership monthly.
