Good hygiene is essential to promoting good health. Practicing good personal hygiene lowers a person’s risk of contracting diseases and illnesses commonly spread through viruses and bacteria. To minimise your risk of being infected and also enhance your overall health, follow these basic personal hygiene habits:

In these situations, viruses can easily spread from one person to another. In general, maintaining a distance of one to two meters will slow the spread of a disease.
