Speaking on what she enjoyed most about this workout session, Hann is quick to point out how despite being a rigorous exercise routine, the trainer was able to guide them with patience and ease.
“Even though, it’s fast-paced and you’re learning it on-the-go, the class is small which allows the trainer to help you throughout the session. In moments when I felt I could do it, I would and when I felt I couldn’t, I would just pause. The trainer was very encouraging and patient.”
“The best thing about the exercise itself?” Hann continues, “Is getting to release tension because you are actually punching something. In other classes, you’re punching the air. In this one there’s a real punching bag so you can feel the impact. It’s a good workout for releasing stress and getting things off your mind.”
