What do we mean by lifetime limit?
This is the maximum claimable amount throughout your life time, which you may normally find in a medical plan.
What do we mean by out-patient treatment?
Treatment given to a patient at hospital, clinic, or associated facility for diagnosis or treatment, and does not requires overnight hospitalisation.

A-Plus MedBooster-i is an optional unit deducting certificate attachable to A-Plus Med-i with coverage on hospitalisation and surgical expenses up to age 100 (depending on A-Plus Med-i selected coverage term).
The Hospital Room & Board benefit increases by 20% of the initial benefit limit at the end of every 2 certificate years for 10 certificate years, provided no claim has been made under A-Plus Med-i and/or A-Plus MedBooster-i in the last 2 certificate years.
If you are hospitalised or had obtained medical treatment in Singapore, A-Plus MedBooster-i shall pay you the actual eligible expenses, after converting to Ringgit Malaysia in accordance to the exchange rate on the day of discharge.
This benefit is payable provided the previous accumulated claims payable under A-Plus Med-i have exceeded the annual Deductible Amount.
This benefit is only applicable to Plan 500.
AIA shall only pay the eligible medical expenses up to an amount we consider is reasonable and customary, provided that the medical care is medically necessary.
You are covered worldwide but subject to maximum of 90 days protection if you are traveling outside Malaysia, Singapore and Brunei.
The Tabarru' deducted/ contribution payable depends on your attained age and it will increase as your age increases.
The Tabarru' contributions for this plan are not guaranteed and AIA PUBLIC reserves the right to revise the Tabarru' contribution by giving you 3 months written notice.
Please note that contributions paid by business organisations are subject to the applicable tax imposed by the Government of Malaysia at the prevailing rate.
The contributions paid for this plan may qualify you for a personal tax relief, subject to the final decision of the Inland Revenue Board of Malaysia.
You will have to serve a waiting period before you can make any claims under this plans except for a covered injury. Different waiting period shall apply for different benefits.
