• You can earn Vitality Points from fitness-related activities up to 15,000 Vitality Points each membership year. If you exercise more than once a day, you will only earn Vitality Points for one physical activity with the highest points each day between;
(1) Workout (up to 100 points/day) or
(2) Gym visit (up to 100 points/day) or
(3) Fitness event e.g. marathon (up to 1,500 points/day)
•AIA Vitality app does not support third-party devices and apps linked with Strava as these may cause incorrect fitness data to be synced to AIA Vitality.
•Vitality will only sync Strava historical data up to 7 days activities. Activity data prior to linking the apps will not be synced.
