• You can earn Vitality Points from fitness-related activities up to 15,000 Vitality Points each membership year. If you exercise more than once a day, you will only earn Vitality Points for one physical activity with the highest points each day between;
(1) Workout (up to 100 points/day) or
(2) Gym visit (up to 100 points/day) or
(3) Fitness event e.g. marathon (up to 1,500 points/day)
•AIA Vitality app does not support third-party devices and apps linked with Strava as these may cause incorrect fitness data to be synced to AIA Vitality.
•Vitality will only sync Strava historical data up to 7 days activities. Activity data prior to linking the apps will not be synced.
You can track your speed via Strava, and earn AIA Vitality Points.

The table below shows how many points you can earn for the speed data we receive from Strava.
At least 30 minutes of physical activity in one exercise session a day at a minimum average speed of 4 kilometres an hour.
At least 30 minutes of physical activity in one exercise session a day at a minimum average speed of 7.2 kilometres an hour.
At least 60 minutes or more of physical activity in one exercise session a day at a minimum average speed of 4 kilometres an hour.
EXAMPLE OF POINTS ALLOCATION
First-time Linking to AIA Vitality
Download the Strava app from the Apple App Store, Google Play Store, or Windows Phone Store.
Select "Link App/Device" on the AIA Vitality screen.
Select "Strava" from the list.
Log in to your Strava account or create a new Strava account.
Click on "Login/Authorize" to authorise the connection to link your Strava account to AIA Vitality.
Once your workout data has been successfully imported, you will see a detailed summary of your data in the "Workout Log".
Previously Linked to AIA Vitality
Once your Strava account is linked to AIA Vitality, your Strava workout data will sync automatically. Go to the "Workout Log" to see a detailed summary of your data.
Need to Know
You can earn AIA Vitality Points for one physical activity only a day, up to a total of 15,000 AIA Vitality Points in a membership year. This applies to all physical activities.

Example of Points Allocation
AIA Vitality Points are awarded for physical activities which include:
• Workouts with heart rate
• Calories burned
• Fitness First gym visits
• Organised fitness events
If more than one physical activity was captured for the day, the physical activity with the highest AIA Vitality Points will be awarded. You can earn up to maximum of 15,000 AIA Vitality Points for physical activities each membership year.
Example: John's fitness device records steps and workouts with calorie information. He burns 150 calories (at a rate of no fewer than 300 calories an hour) and takes 12,500 steps. John will earn 100 points that day.
