About Google Fit
Google Fit is a free fitness tracking app that also works with Wear OS devices. The Google Fit app provides core features to keep up your body fit and healthy by recording and analysing your daily activities and habits and coaching you to a healthier and more active life.
Enjoy up to 100 Vitality Points on your choice of a day when you track your workout using Google Fit.
•You can earn Vitality Points from fitness-related activities up to 15,000 Vitality Points each membership year. If you exercise more than once a day, you will only earn Vitality Points for one physical activity with the highest points each day between;
(1)Workout (up to 100 points/day) or
(2) Gym visit (up to 100 points/day) or
(3) Fitness event e.g. marathon (up to 1,500 points/day)
•AIA Vitality app does not support third-party devices and apps linked with Google Fit as these may cause incorrect fitness data to be synced to AIA Vitality.
•Vitality will only sync Google Fit historical data up to 7 days activities. Activity data prior to linking the apps will not be synced.

EXAMPLE OF POINTS ALLOCATION
First-time Linking to AIA Vitality
Download the Google Fit app from the Apple App Store or Google Play Store.
Select "Link App/Device" on the AIA Vitality screen.
Select "Google Fit" from the list.
Log in to your Google Fit account or create a new Google Fit account.
Click on "Allow" to authorise the connection to link your Google Fit account to AIA Vitality.
When your workout data has been successfully received from Google Fit, you will see a detailed summary of your data in the "Workout Log".
Previously Linked to AIA Vitality
Your Google Fit workout data syncs automatically. To see a detailed summary of your data simply go to the Workout tracker tool.
AIA Vitality will only sync Google Fit historical data up to 30 days activities. Activity data prior to linking the app will not be synced.
You can earn AIA Vitality Points for one physical activity only a day, up to a total of 15,000 AIA Vitality Points in a membership year. This applies to all physical activities.

Example of Points Allocation
AIA Vitality Points are awarded for physical activities which include:
• Workouts with heart rate
• Calories burned
• Fitness First gym visits
• Organised fitness events
If more than one physical activity was captured for the day, the physical activity with the highest AIA Vitality Points will be awarded. You can earn up to maximum of 15,000 AIA Vitality Points for physical activities each membership year.
Example: John's fitness device records steps and workouts with calorie information. He burns 150 calories (at a rate of no fewer than 300 calories an hour) and takes 12,500 steps. John will earn 100 points that day.
