Google Fit is a free fitness tracking app that also works with Wear OS devices. The Google Fit app provides core features to keep up your body fit and healthy by recording and analysing your daily activities and habits and coaching you to a healthier and more active life.

•You can earn Vitality Points from fitness-related activities up to 15,000 Vitality Points each membership year. If you exercise more than once a day, you will only earn Vitality Points for one physical activity with the highest points each day between;
(1)Workout (up to 100 points/day) or
(2) Gym visit (up to 100 points/day) or
(3) Fitness event e.g. marathon (up to 1,500 points/day)
•AIA Vitality app does not support third-party devices and apps linked with Google Fit as these may cause incorrect fitness data to be synced to AIA Vitality.
•Vitality will only sync Google Fit historical data up to 7 days activities. Activity data prior to linking the apps will not be synced.
You can track your steps via Google Fit, and earn AIA Vitality Points.

Your Google Fit workout data syncs automatically. To see a detailed summary of your data simply go to the Workout tracker tool.
AIA Vitality will only sync Google Fit historical data up to 30 days activities. Activity data prior to linking the app will not be synced.
You can earn AIA Vitality Points for one physical activity only a day, up to a total of 15,000 AIA Vitality Points in a membership year. This applies to all physical activities.
