How Do I Link My Device?

After you've successfully downloaded Suunto app, created a Suunto account, and paired your Suunto device with your account, follow these steps to link your Suunto account with AIA Vitality.

  1. Link your Suunto account to AIA Vitality.
  2. Log in to your Suunto account and click on “Confirm”.
  3. Give consent to agree sharing your information from your Suunto account with AIA Vitality.
  4. Upon successful linking, the device status will change to "Last Synced" on the My Device page.

• Local postage and handling fees apply to online orders.

• You can earn Vitality Points from fitness-related activities up to 15,000 Vitality Points each membership year. If you exercise more than once a day, you will only earn Vitality Points for one physical activity with the highest points each day between;
 (1) Workout (up to 100 points/day) or
 (2) Gym visit (up to 100 points/day) or
 (3) Fitness event e.g. marathon (up to 1,500 points/day)

You can earn Vitality Points from fitness-related activities up to 15,000 Vitality Points each membership year. If you exercise more than once a day, you will only earn Vitality Points for one physical activity with the highest points each day between;

How To Calculate Your Required Heart Rate
  • To calculate your maximum heart rate, take 220 and subtract your age. For example, if you are 30 years old, 190 beats per minute (bpm) is your maximum heart rate (220 - 30 = 190).
  • Calculate your required heart rate by multiplying 60% or 70% to your maximum heart rate. If you are 30 years old, your target heart rate at 60% is 114bpm and at 70% is 133bpm.
Example:
  • Mr. Chan is 30 years old. His age-related maximum heart rate is 190bpm (220 - 30).
  • Mr. Chan must keep his average heart rate above 114bpm (60% of his maximum heart rate) during his 30-minute exercise session to earn 50 points.
  • If Mr. Chan keeps his heart rate above 133bpm (70% of his maximum heart rate) during his 30-minute exercise session, he will earn 100 points.
