Eating wholegrains regularly is a positive habit because research shows that eating at least 3 servings of wholegrains a day can lower the risk of several chronic conditions and may help with weight maintenance.
Upon accepting this challenge, you need to eat at least 3 servings of wholegrains per day for 30 days. Click the "I DID IT" button to let us know when you successfully achieved the challenge.
Earn 50 Vitality Points when you complete a challenge, up to a maximum of 500 Vitality Points for completing multiple challenges.

Eat at least 3 servings of wholegrains per day for 30 days in a row.
One serving is defined as:
- 1 ladle (5 tbs) of cooked brown rice
- 1/3 cup (5 tbs) cooked sweet corn, cooked taro, oatmeal
- 1/2 cup (8 tbs) job’s tear
- 3/4 cup (10 tbs) cooked potato
- 1 slice of wholegrain bread
Complete the challenge by clicking "I DID IT" button upon successfully achieved the challenge.
The “I DID IT” button will show when you accept a challenge, but you can only click on it within 30 days after the challenge is over.
You can repeat this challenge.
You can take this challenge again if you don’t complete it.
You can earn 50 Vitality Points when you complete a challenge, up to a maximum of 500 Vitality Points each membership year for completing multiple challenges.
