How Does It Work?

Link your fitness device or app with AIA Vitality app to track your activity.
Exercise for at least 30 minutes 5 days a week for 13 weeks. You could do one or a mixture of:
• walk 12,500 steps daily
• exercise at 60% of your max heart rate (220 minus your age)
• workout and burn 150 kcal
• participate in an organize fitness event such as walk or fun run
We'll reward you additional Vitality Points for maintaining your exercise for 30 minutes, 5 days a week.
