You want to be more active, but you’re currently doing less than 30 minutes of low intensity activity each week. Increase your exercise to at least 10 minutes 3 days a week for a period of 13 weeks and earn additional Vitality Points. You can do so by walking 7,500 steps/day, workout at 60% of your max heart rate or by burning 50 kcal.
Earn additional 100 Vitality Points when you achieve these challenge requirements.
How Does It Work?

Link your fitness device or app with AIA Vitality app to track your activity.
Exercise for at least 10 minutes 3 days a week for 13 weeks. You could do one or a mixture of:
• walk 7,500 steps daily
• exercise at 60% of your max heart rate (220 minus your age)
• workout and burn 50 kcal
• participate in an organize fitness event such as walk or fun run
We'll reward you additional Vitality Points for getting more active. Exercising for just 10 minutes, 3 days a week is a good start.
