Book an appointment for your Fitness Explorer Test.
Select Fitness First location you would like to have the test done and provide your contact for appointment confirmation. Fitness First will contact you within 48 hours after receiving your booking information. You will need to receive confirmation from Fitness First on the booking before going for the assessment.
Present AIA Vitality membership card/e-card together with your ID to Fitness First staff on the day of assessment.
Upload the test results to earn Vitality Points.

The AIA Vitality Fitness Assessment helps to assess your current fitness level. Complete the assessment for FREE at Fitness First.
Start booking by clicking the "Book Appointment" button. Select your preferred club, date and time slot. Please book 10 days in advance.
A Fitness First trainer will contact you within 3 working days to confirm your appointment. If the trainer fails to reach you, you may be required to book again.
Please come in fitness wear and workout shoes for the assessment.
Please arrive 15 minutes earlier for your appointment to register. Fitness First reserves the right to cancel the assessment if you are more than 10 minutes late. For appointment cancellation, please notify Fitness First at least one day prior to the appointment and you will have to book online again for another appointment.
Present your AIA Vitality e-membership card to the staff during registration. The trainer will guide you to complete the fitness assessment which may take up to an hour.
Please allow up to 3 working days after completing your fitness assessment for your AIA Vitality Points to be updated.
You will be able to complete your second fitness assessment within the same membership year, 6 months after your first assessment.
